First of all, it’s superrr noisy at the restaurant, since it’s located in-front of the main road, the material of the restaurant doesn’t absorb sound at all. Felt terrible and cannot enjoy a conversation with my family.
Overall food was nice. I like the Carbonara, Spaghetti Neri Bottarga and the Salmon was good. Pizza was nice.
But 1 thing, this is an Italian restaurant right, why does your cappuccino tasted terrible??? Why so large and what was that much of a milk for? I can’t taste the coffee and is not cheap either. Fix your coffee please😭

It was a rainy night in Ubud. Many restaurants had already closed their kitchens and the streets were quiet, glistening under the warm light of the rain. Just when I was about to give up, L’Osteria appeared, a small glow in the dark, with a table for two waiting as if it had been saved for us.
From the moment we sat down, the aroma of fresh pizza dough and wood fire wrapped around us. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles, not rushed, not forced, just simple kindness that felt rare and real. I’ve visited this Italian restaurant several times, drawn back each time by the delicious food and cozy European atmosphere. It truly feels like a little piece of Europe tucked into the streets of Asia. I’m not a big fan of pizza or pasta, so I usually come here to enjoy their vegetable dishes—and they never disappoint. My meal was perfectly cooked and had a distinct European flavor that stood out from the typical Asian cuisine. The restaurant is a big letdown. The pizza came with dough that was thick, dense, and completely flavourless. The carbonara was worse! It was dry, clumpy, gluey and tasted more like salty milk powder than a proper sauce.
We had seen a few reviews mentioning Bali belly after visiting this place, but still decided to give it a shot and indeed, we noticed food hygiene wasn’t great. Utensils had visible residue and we had to clean them ourselves before eating.
Really disappointing experience overall. Wouldn’t recommend.

We ordered Bruschetta Pomodoro, Pizza Quattro Formaggi with shrimp, Spaghetti Alla Toni for lunch today. The flavors are authentic and portions are big enough for two persons to share. It is a good family run cosy restaurant in Ubud. Loved the small set up and the warmth it exudes. As a rule I finished with Cappuccino which was served a bit cold when I ordered hot one. Enjoyed every bit of our dining experience here. One of the must try in Ubud.

I ordered gluten free pizza and 60 min delivery because I got a training. It came less than 60 min so I had to hurry. The pizza was half cold, verrrry soft and there was a lot of flower left on the pizza.
The pizza was cutt in big and small slices, like they were in a hurry making it. It also didn't look delicious. I ate it but I wonder if it was gluten free, we will find it out this evening... Pff...I feel bad about this pizza to be honest and I truly feel disappointed..:(

After 2 weeks in Bali the better half couldn't face another Asian style meal, delicious though they are. She needed carbs,cheese,fries....and this gaff, just up the road from Purist Villas where we are staying definitely hit the spot. Freshly cooked authentic pizzas looked and tasted superb. Chips hit the spot too, as did the killer Negronis. Pretty empty tonight but also doing plenty of deliveries. Lovely staff, as always. Give them a go.

With solid menu offerings, and being conveniently located along JL Bisma this is a great stop for delicious thin based pizzas.
We ordered two standard pizzas, just a mini and a small size - with a couple of drinks and it’s cost us approx <$15
The waiting time was minimal, our drinks were cold, the pizza toppings were generous and the bases crisp.
Not much else you could ask for really.
Oh, there is also plenty of seating and the staff were attentive without being over the top.

I thoroughly enjoy the breakfast here with the breakfast bowl bar giving many options. Their coffee is also delicious but the same price as a coffee in Melbourne, which is a bit cheeky. Their chocolates are also delicious and I often bought some to have for dessert that night. I came here for lunch one day too and had the teriyaki bowl. The food here is amazing. I visited few times already and I tried pasta, pizza and ravioli. Everything was excellent. Really authentic Italian food. The staff members are so kind and friendly. They gave me red rose which was such a sweet touch. There is a beautiful atmosphere with low lighting and stylish design. Recently I also visited Arte in Canggu and I've noticed they have vegetarian lasagne and chocolate lava cake on their menu. Please add vegetarian lasagne and lava cake to Ubud menu 🙏🏻

I found Kebun on Google maps and it had good reviews and in walking distance from my stay. The atmosphere was perfect. The olives, were expensive but worth it, they were so tasty! I had the Ollie burger for dinner, and it was one of best burgers. My first burger in 2 months of traveling Asia and it was perfect :)

Dolce Arancia is a lovely Italian spot right near the Ubud Market, serving amazing, authentic food in a cozy setting. We started with the pizzette fritte, which was absolutely delicious and set the tone perfectly for the rest of the meal. Delicious food at PASIR last night, came here after seeing the menu that reminded me of great food I’d eaten in Israel, hoping for the same kind of tastes and quality and I was not disappointed! Two of us had two small plates, two from the garden plates and one pain and it was a huge amount of food! Each dish was delicious but I especially liked the hummus with crispy chickpeas, and the roast baby potato dish. Cocktails were equally yummy. Only slight downside was that we were taken upstairs as we had booked and there was no one else up there! So atmosphere a bit lacking, would have been better to sit downstairs where it was busier

This restaurant is truly special! I didn’t just love the food… I loved the whole concept. Everything is focused on health and healing. Each dish and drink has its own page in the menu, showing all the ingredients and explaining what they do for your body. It’s so thoughtful and inspiring.

버거도 궁금했고 다른 파스타, 스프도 시켰습니다.

Encontramos este sitio por casualidad. Ya que estaba justamente al lado de donde nos alojábamos en Ubud. We enjoyed dinner at Dumbo so much that we came back for a second visit! The first time, we dined upstairs in their stylish restaurant, and the second, we opted for the relaxed vibe of the downstairs bar. Both experiences were fantastic.

Dumbo is a vegetarian restaurant and bar that serves Italian style food and pizzas from an amazing wood fired oven. Prices reflect the quality of the food. The decor and ambiance are amazing. There are so many vegetarian and vegan-friendly restaurants in Ubud and us carnivors were a bit sceptical of Dumbo on first glance. But we decided to give it a go and did not regret our decision. Put simply, the pizza and pasta are phenomenal. We were all gushing over how good our individual dishes were and revelled in sharing them around so that everyone could have a taste. The interior of the venue is also beautifully designed and we were lucky enough to be seated at the enormous table reserved for larger groups, which felt like we had our own private dining area. A friendly visit from the Australian owner and a complimentary round of limoncello completed what was a very memorable experience.

Everything here is amazing! All the staff is so friendly, Mbok Juli always serves us with a heart-warming smile. Today, we explored Ubud in search of a cozy restaurant for our dinner. As we passed by Sunday Fields and saw the menu, we were impressed by the interesting selection and affordable prices. To our surprise, we were almost alone in the restaurant, which initially made us skeptical. However, the friendly service and quick service pleasantly surprised us. I had two meals here. The pepperoni pizza is OK. Not a lot of cheese or pepperoni, crust is quite thin, but it wasn’t very expensive. The second meal I ate here was Eggs Benedict, this was better than the pizza, however, mushrooms do not belong on Eggs Benedict. Adding a salad was a nice touch. I would have eaten here every day of the 7 days I was here, but after eating here twice they advised they would not fill my water bottle with drinking water again. Walked in blind, knowing nothing about this restaurant. I'm glad we did because the food was PHENOMENAL! The staff were friendly and actually listened to my requests to have one pizza extra crispy and on normal. They got it so so right, and it was delicious.

Have to give the staff here a big shout out. The electricity on the street went out in the evening a few minutes before we stepped into the restaurant and the staff quickly lit candles and continued cooking in the kitchen in the dark using candle light and torches. Excellent restaurant find in Ubud. The Wild Yak is a unique restaurant that offers a focused menu of slow-cooked dishes commonly found along the Silk Road, from the Himalayas to Central Asia. Every dish we had was fantastic and super flavorful.
Check out the picture of the menu I posted to get an idea of what they serve. I don’t think you’ll find another restaurant like this in Ubud!
At the moment, they’re open only on Saturdays so reservations are recommended. The chef/owner did tell us that she’s looking to open on more days of the week. Hopefully soon!

A unique culinary experience where each dish has been carefully planned and prepared by the chef Ashwanika. Every dish was delicious and prepared in a way I hadn’t tried before. The okra, stuffed onions, garlic dip and biriyani were highlights for me. The Wild Yak is cute and cosy and great for a tables of 2 or 4. Will go back again for sure 👍🏽

Silk Road is a brand new addition to Ubud's vibrant culinary scene, and it's truly a hidden gem tucked away in a quaint little lane as you enter Nyuh Kuning Village. The food here is nothing short of amazing. They take pride in their slow-cooked dishes, and the flavours speak volumes with every bite.
What struck us most were the flatbreads - served piping hot, they were remarkably soft and fluffy, leaving us feeling satisfied without that uncomfortable, heavy feeling you often get with flatbreads.
Among our choices, the veg Yakhni and daal ghost were standout dishes. The daal and the herby jeweled rice were our personal favorites.
If you're looking for a dining experience that combines incredible flavors, warm ambiance, and a touch of Ubud's charm, Silk Road is the place to be. We highly recommend it!
