They charge a mandatory 20% tip and also have a tip line on the receipt. A tip is gratuity and should never be mandatory. The first time my wife and I stopped at this gem of a restaurant was almost exactly two years ago. We stopped in Memphis on our way from Louisiana to Illinois. Hands down, this is the best pizza place we have ever eaten and definitely a top 10 restaurant of all time. We will absolutely go out of our way any chance we get to stop at this place. Getting to the location was a little tricky since you can’t drive on the actual street it’s located on but this also made for a great patio atmosphere. When I walked in I asked the lady what she recommended. She stated the chicken fettuccine and the Mr T. rex pizza. I got both and they did not disappoint, absolutely delicious!! I will be thinking about that chicken fettuccine for many years to come. And don’t let the small plain looking bread fool you, it’s flavorful and toasted to perfection.

The person accompanying me had never eaten at any Broadway locations. Was not disappointed with our visit, but also not highly satisfied. Had a table for 2 during lunch and there was no lunch rush, in fact the restaurant wasn’t packed at all. We seated ourselves and it was a while before we were ever waited on. Once our drink order was taken, we waited another 20-30 minutes before receiving them (non alcoholic beverages). We ordered the “around the world sausage” pizza (as pictured) but was not expecting the hour long wait to receive it. Would not recommend coming by here on your lunch break seeing as our visit exceeded 2 hours and there was no lunch rush. We also noticed ours and nearby table’s pizzas not served with a serving spatula, which made it difficult to plate the pizza while it was hot, and tricky to pack up leftovers (it came cut in squares rather than slices, so it can be messy picking up pieces). I got the chicken tenders which came out as nuggets - that’s fine. Except the fries and chicken both tasted like they were fried in dirty oil. Unfortunately that wasn’t a minuscule enough amount of food to avoid the fasted bout of food poisoning I have ever experienced, had to dive into the gift shop next door (which I highly recommend). We got the rest of the food I did not eat to go and I’m lowkey debating sending it to a lab it was that fast. Would like to note there was no reason for the oil to be that dirty considering we came in before 12 and they open at 10 so I have a suspicion that it really was OLD dirty oil. Oh well, first time there and last time too. Wish it was good, I’m shocked they’ve survived since 1977.

There was a gentleman I assume waiting on his order who was sitting at one of the tables. I was greeted by a young man who told me someone would be right with me. As I stood at the counter I couldn't help but notice the delicious dessert in the display cabinet under the register. The price said $8 a slice but the carrot cake was calling so I added it to the order. A gentleman appeared from around the corner and retrieved my pizza and checked me out. I was praying that I enjoyed my meal because my total ($26) was a bit steep for a 10 inch pizza and dessert. Got home and got occupied that I didn't get to eat right away. By the time I got to my food the pizza was no longer hot. I took a slice to munch on with the intent to heat the rest. The pizza never made it to the oven. at ROOM TEMPERATURE this pizza a delicious!! I at a few more slices just as they were. There was plenty of chicken and cheese on the top. Although it wasn't giving the "buffalo " taste I was originally looking for, this pizza was "buffalo-ing" in its own unique delicious way so I was satisfied. Now to the carrot cake. It was very good as well. It appeared to look a little dense and in a sense it was. The cake was very most (almost a lil bit too much) but it didn't subtract from the good flavor of the cake. For that I would give it a strong B+. Overall I enjoyed my meal and would order both items again. High Point will have to be a special treat though at this point because my belly can be made just as happy at some other spots that would make my pockets happy also. But you have to experience this place at least once!

There was a smidgen of a wait for some things, however we didn't mind, It gave us more quality time out. We will definitely be returning!

The portion sizes were decent. Service was rather quick and the servers were friendly. Cons: The famous peanut butter and banana sandwich was just that: a peanut butter and banana sandwich, nothing extraordinary. It’s cool that it was a staple for Elvis’ but honestly my son didn’t even finish it and he loves peanut butter sandwiches. I was excited about the BLT pizza, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. I love BLTs, and I love pizza, and this slice was a perfect combo. I had also ordered a Smores pizza early on after our initial order, and that one was pretty quick, but at the point of our finishing our main slices, I had to take it to go since everything took so long. To be fair though, it was definitely the best Smores pizza I had eaten in my life. It's messy to eat on the go, but the crust is just as crispy as a graham cracker, and with everything else on top, it's literally like eating a huge smore, it was pretty awesome. The ham wasn’t sweet and the turkey definitely didn’t taste Cajun. Both tastes absolutely too bland which I found very odd and off putting. Found this place off of TikTok. The young man in his video had some kind of mustard sauce on his club sandwich. When I asked the cashier he stated that it only came with mayo. So, I said ok I will keep it the same as you all normally make it. But even with the other sauce it still would’ve been honey mustard with bland meat. The croissant was just ok with the overly toasted bread. One thing that we really enjoyed was the fries! They were fresh and well seasoned. Sad to say the best part of the meal!

I'm not a fan of pepperoni but there's is actually good. I added my own sweet BBQ sauce drizzle on top and plop the garlic butter drizzle which I prefer on top when I order it bc it will melt better and soak in that flavor. As you can see the butter was pretty much cream. But the flavors were there. I love it! BEST pizza ever!!! And do NOT skip on the cookie monsta cinnabun -just forget that diet for 1 day 😁. The workers in the front were 3 young girls and the one with the headband on her head came off a bit "strong" in her tone like "don't ask a lot of questions". The other 2 were like "whatever" kind of attitude. But they weren't rude or whatever but they didn't lend to a chill friendly atmosphere. My order was a combo for a signature slim and 4 wings. I added cinnamon rolls. The pizza I chose was the Nashville hot chicken. It is a very small possibility I was wrong BUT if I was wrong why was I allowed to order a Nashville Hot pizza online. Why wasn’t I allowed to choose my two toppings IF that requirement is true and why wasn’t it listed online when I ordered the combo. My order and receipt clearly show I ordered a signature pizza and I did not receive that. My cinnamon rolls were hard too. A very bad experience. I drove to the other side of town to get the food and it was not close in taste or quality to what I have had in the past all the way around.
