This place is a great treasure. Called in with my work colleague for breakfast, as we were in Larne working. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a very warm and friendly welcome. Very clean and comfortable cafe, with plenty of seating. There was an excellent menu and we were spoiled for choice. I ordered the 11 piece fry and my colleague had scrambled eggs with toast. The food was prepared quickly and was beautifully presented. It tasted just as good as it looked. Everything was cooked to prefection. One of the best frys I have ever had. You can tell that all the staff put their heart and soul into all they do. They couldn't do enough for us. The welcome, service and taste makes me look forward to going back next time I'm near by. We were given a high table which is unsafe for 2 toddlers. It seemed like a hassle for the waitress to move us to another table. About 20mins later another waitress told us that we only had the table for 2 hrs. We hadn't even ordered at this point. So we ordered the breads to begin with while we decided what to have as main. The waitress came back and pretty much reprimanded us for not ordering our mains and abruptly reminded us again that the table is needed at 8pm. We gave our order and waited about 30 minutes for the food to arrive. Whilst it was tasty we didn't enjoy the experience. The steak came without the peppercorn sauce and tomato. 8pm came and no-one was rushing us out. There were also a number of tables vacant. We had driven 45mins to this restaurant and the best bit was seeing a ship set sail. The restaurant itself was clean, neat and somewhat inviting. Free parking at the back. The bar tender and other staff were polite and friendly. I recommend the food as we all thought it was tasty, just the service of a waitress spoilt it for us. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

Whether it was going to be good or not. BUT the food was fantastic! I’m a coeliac and the food they offered that was Gluten free and not Gf for my wife was just spot on. The sea bass was cooked perfectly and my Beef was tasty and the meat was so tender. The dessert, sticky toffee pudding, was amazing. The place has a great ambiance and service was also really good. If I had one moan it’s the Gluten free beer choice is the normal GF Peroni in bottles, rather than a Pint of something decent (think IPA or similar). If you’re not bothered with GF beer then this bar is well stocked and the outside courtyard is the best place in Larne to relax with a drink. Left feeling very happy with our choice of Olderfleet.

I Ordered a 12 Inch Godfather (minus the Olives), Italian Style (Thin Base) and a Fungi (Mushroom) Pizza. Well was it worth the trip?? Absolutely, they were freshly made, extremely tasty and cooked to perfection. The ingredients were top quality, providing the perfect taste. The staff within the Takeaway were very polite, attentive and appreciated the custom, which is refreshing. On street parking, is limited, but definitely worth the wait. Expect to wait a little time on a Friday & Saturday. Grahams also do deliveries, so if you are visiting a local Campsite, keep them in mind you will not be disappointed. I rang this evening and said not to worry about two separate deliveries but just to put two main meals in the one order for tonight and the woman agreed as she remembered us last week when we rang to complain. The delivery man arrived tonight with our Order and wouldn’t give us the food unless we paid so I called the Chinese so they could confirm this was our complimentary meal but both the woman and the owner denied all knowledge of having offered us complimentary delivery just 7 days ago, Leaving the delivery man on the doorstep with our meal not knowing what to do. Only 20 minutes before the woman on the phone had agreed that our meal would be complimentary and then when it was delivered, denied all knowledge so I asked to speak with the owner who had been the person who offered me the food only 7 days prior and he denied all knowledge also then hung up. Absolutely shocking!
