This had a decent sized portion, and helped fill us up. We had the apple cheesecake to go, and I did love the flavor and light fluffiness of it, with the apple chips and caramel sauce. I didnt get much of a crust, and didnt really taste the snickerdoodle, as it seemed the whole thing was just straight crustless cheesecake, but it may have just been enveloped by the cheesecake. A medium sized piece for $9. Our waiter, Chris, was fantastic, and knew the menu very well. He even explained how the brioche toast on the brunch menu did not have crystallized hibiscus, as that was for the chicken and red velvet waffles only. Overall, it was a great experience. There are still some errors and ommissions that the menu needs corrected, maybe some price or portion adjustments, and a definite listing of all the used ingredients (such as with the bell peppers in the burger patty), but overall it is starting out decent. I hope that the menu and staff continue to improve to make this a top-notch place in Waco. 11/03/2018 1☆ *condensed version* It was ok... we came in for brunch. Sangria was good, mimosas were dry and a little sour. Husband's burger came without a patty first, and overcooked second. My brioche french toast was soggy and cold, and missing listed items. There was a super long wait with almost no one else in the shop. We left hungry and went to IHOP for better food and service at half the price.

Yes, service was a little slow, but we were not in a big hurry. I got the Cuban Panini. Although it was a good sandwich, it was not a panini. It was closer to a grilled cheese bbq pulled pork sandwich with a slab of ham and two of the smallest pickle slices. They were just good French fries, so bypass the $7.99 a la cart order if you're thinking about it. Overall, too expensive. The wine selection is wonderful, they have live music playing, and the food is exceptional! The servers are really good as well. My server and the host (Ebony and Alex) definitely made my experience.
