You can tell these folks love making pizza. Definitely one of, if not the best pizza in Brantford. Makes it into my top 10 pizza places in Ontario. Next time I'm asking for my pizza to be a fired a little longer. I'm not afraid of a little char! I'm pretty sure that will easily bring this review upto a 5 star. I also have to mentioned that the customer service was excellent. Great phone candor, very polite and personable. Next time you're craving pizza don't hesitate to try this place out.

The fries weren't cooked enough and the gravy was heated up (not fresh). The cheese was good but overall the poutine i would not order again or recommend. Its does not have wheelchair accessible door. They have sitting area that was open. The person who served us did not wear a mask or gloves while preparing the food. Overall - would recommend trying if your in the area but be mindful of the portion sizes and it is reasonably priced for the portions.

I seen Wendy’s sign for their “portabello mushroom melt” (which is my absolute favourite fast food burger! - i wish it was a regular menu item) i drove up and ordered i had to ask 2 seperate times for a large drink upon driving up to the window i got handed a small… i corrected the lady & she fixed the mistake but I received 3/4 of my rootbeer large cup full of ice! See the picture (this is after i finished it for reference - also it would usually take me most of the evening to finish this large monster size)! For $2.40 i could go buy a 2L bottle of pop… its awful highway robbery to receive a cup this full of ice & be charged that! My food was delicious… which is why i did not put just 1 star.

Hopefully, this reviewnis of service to them. Upon entering the store, they appeared to be under staffed. But, the red-headed lady did not let that phase her. She took all our orders and was very thorough. I have never been given options for sides and if I had any additional requests i.e. onion rings instead of fries (didnt even know they had onion rings) and if I wanted any sauces, utensils etc. She was patient and accurate with our orders and packed everything nicely. The chef is the back, made everything to order and the food was surprisingly seasoned. The onion rings were a tad bit salty, but had a great flavour. I came in as a trio where the others ordered fries that had a great taste that wasn't typical of the KFCs we frequent. The zingers and famous chicken sandwhich arrived hot and we were so hungry we were blowing on it as we ate. I really appreciated that none of the food was microwaved. That is a major pet peeve of mine. No, squished bread, withered lettuce with overly warm mayo sauce. This was my first time in Brantford, and I didn't know what to expect when in came to food but the staff really did their thing! Only major critic would be for a furniture upgrade. Some of the wooden chairs were broken which made the dining area limited for larger groups. All in all, I was more than happy to give a review when asked, I just wish I had the sense to keep the reciept.

I went back in and told the cashier, who literally laughed when I told her (who had long, straight, black hair, the exact same as was in my food) and she said she will get the manager, David. David came and I told him that I found a hair in my food and he told me I probably put it in myself. I said “this is an extremely long and black hair and my hair is brown and curly, it’s not even the same.” And he said I was probably trying to get a free meal. Apparently David wants to save the $ from a bucket of chicken more than he cares about the health and safety of his customers. My family is a regular at this pizza pizza and have never ever had this issue - I have also already put in a complaint online to head office. My order was almost $30 and my one pizza is completely unable to be eaten as the middle of the pizza is slimy and almost raw. I picked a piece up to feed my 2 year old son and the toppings just fell off. The top of the crust is burnt but the inside and middle of the pizza is raw - the oven temperature must be too high. See attached photos - absolutely ashamed at how I was treated.

My last order was a large spicy chicken and it was smaller than a plastic fork. Do yourself a favour and make the drive to Burrito Boyz. Much better value, including being able to substitute cheese with guac at no cost!
