My food was the Shredded Seasoned beef burrito and it served me for two meals and was just heavenly! I’ll end this by saying.. if you love Chipotle.. Forget Chipotle when you’re Lawrence and get your FUZZY SIDE on at Fuzzy Taco on Mass allllllll night til the beautiful moon shines in yer 3am eyes tellin ya it’s sleepy time 😉 This place is just a must try! The meals I tried were grossly under seasoned and made with low quality ingredients nearing inedible. I was unhappy with my initial meal (the New Mexican Enchiladas which had virtually no cheese, were colder than room temperature, and made with frozen fajita chicken) and had barely touched it so my waitress asked if she could get me something different. I went with the Global Quesadilla which was drowned in a pool of what they claim is “green chile sauce” and I picked around what I could because I was hungry (see the photo of slop attached for reference). When I went to pay, the manager tried to charge me for the meal I sent back in addition to the replacement meal and argued with me about why I felt it was inappropriate to expect a customer to pay for a dish they sent back. She passive aggressively said “I guess I’ll just ring it up as a donation meal” as if I was robbing the homeless for refusing to pay for a meal I didn’t eat. This is a nice clean, well lit place which makes it probably the place your likely to your wife to without fear of retribution for taking her to a bar. Went to this franchise and they’re not accepting it. Just like the franchise owner has decided to “opt out” of every promotion they can at every location in this city. If Subway is not reimbursing you for these coupons, then maybe you should look into a different business instead of doing stuff like this to your customers. It doesn’t matter that you could “make an exception”. This is straight up false advertising/bait & switch behavior. And there’s no way to find out which store the offer will be good at because you only get a QR code. This is shameful. I’ve been going to subway, and this subway in particular for many years. I’ve dealt with a lot of things like this from this franchise owner and I’m just done with Subway altogether. I wouldn’t be surprised if they deny a refund on the $50 I spent on their gift cards under false pretenses. Subway, your business model is deeply flawed. Franchise owner: Stop nickel and Dimeing your customers.
