There was no clear way to order and the woman seamed a little irritated that we didn't know how they did things. We placed our order and waited. I get that being the only one in the place can be hard and frustrating but being in the service industry it's always good to always be pleasant with your customers. What stood out with Danellys for me was they offered a choice of mustards, giving me access to my favorite spicy mustard instead of just yellow mustard (which would have been fine but a favorite will always win). Danellys uses an amazing fluffy bread for their subs that everyone raved over. It was light and cloud like, but also didn't get soggy with wetter subs. I ate some and then needed to wait to eat the rest since a sub crawl gives a lot of food even if you order smalls everywhere. Their small sub is very generous. The meat was still moist an hour later, and the bread was still light and fluffy. The next day when I toasted the leftovers to reheat it, the bread toasted up nicely, remained soft in the center and pastrami was still delicious. Everyone in the group rated Danellys consistently the best. It was unanimous. The only con I can think of is the parking was a little annoying, being street parking and having snow banks to step over. Not a big deal, and not in their control. The inside was small, but had decent seating. The menu was easy to read and placed well. The workers were personable, professional, and lively. This is a place of quality, kindness and positivity. We will be back, we will be ordering delivery from them, and we will be suggesting them to our friends and family.

Dry, wet, burnt, undercooked - 2 all at the same time in different spots and were completely inedible. I don't understand how this happened, especially because I had to wait 20 minutes for them after arriving while the staff ignored me and took other customers who walked in after me. So I contacted management and was offered a refund on 1 pizza by their franchise manager, Boston Pie Inc. I don't think refunding 1 item when the entire order was ruined is appropriate, so I am downgrading my review.

This struck me as odd because I never order hard tacos with my meals, I always swap hard tacos out for soft tacos. The female worker who is serving the drive-thru, see me and comes up to me and asks what's wrong. I tell her the whole order is wrong and I show her the receipt. She looks at the items and agrees. She tells me she's very sorry and then proceeds to tell me to keep the food as I try to hand it back. She states, we cannot take the food back. I tell her thank you. That's very kind of her and my wife is coming home from work soon and would be happy to eat it. As she walked away, one of the male workers who is watching the whole thing, comes over while making some nasty non verbal faces at me and he doesn't say anything to me, he just picks up the bag and walks away, throwing it into the trash. Whatever I get it, i didn't pay for it, so it's not mine but he seemed to do it more out of spite than some sort of like corporate policy as as there was no explanation from him. Maybe he was upset because he's the one who made the error. But that's not even it... the entire time I waited for them to remake my food... I watched the staff members fight with each other verbally. Legit yelling at each other, using foul language, telling each other to shut up, throwing items onto the ground, slaming there hands on the stainless steel work stations. After 52 minutes at Tacobell I finally got the right order. At least it was fresh and hot! I have spent thousands and thousands over years with Tacobell. I know it's not authentic Mexican cuisine but being a homeowner, I am broke and I like tacos... One of the Wildest things I have seen in a long time.
