And that she supposed to use her magical powers to figure out what I wanted? When I told her what I wanted before I even got a chance to, she then interrupted me and asked the original lady that took my order if I was there for a pickup and the other lady that took my order originally said yes and then the lady that was being rude said to her " okay thank you! Like that was so hard. And then she proceeds to say it again about because she thought she was supposed to just use her magical powers and guess what I wanted. It just made no sense and I just was very perplexed because she wasn't joking around she was just very rude and judgmental and I honestly and still confused as to why. But if there's anybody else that have had any experience with her just know that you're definitely not alone and hopefully they remove her from the business. Again if there is cameras the time frame was right at 7:00 p.m. Saturday evening.. I honestly do not like to leave a bad review for any business, however, I felt this needed to be addressed. The worker who waited on me at the drive-thru truly needs some customer service training. The really sad part of this is I believe he may be the manager. He should be leading by example. He just handed my order out the window, then my receipt without any type of acknowledgement. It felt like I was really being a bother. I will definitely not be visiting this location in the future. Anyone can have a bad day, but a simple good morning or thank you would have been nice.
