这已经不是第一次发生这种情况了,而且我一直都选择吃亏,因为这家店离我住的地方有点远。
“你应该在离开之前检查一下你的订单”……(虽然没有人当面跟我说过这句话,但我肯定他们心里早就想这么说了)。当然,但店员的工作就是注意小票和屏幕上打印/显示的非常清晰的三明治所需材料。
我真的觉得这家麦当劳需要老板或者更高权力的人,在那儿卧底一两天,监视一下后厨的运作情况,看看员工之间的沟通情况。还要看看哪些员工只是来这里混日子的,只想领了工资就回家;哪些员工是来认真工作的,全身心投入工作,恪尽职守,恪守职业道德,最终拿着应得的薪水回家。
我觉得团队沟通完全没有条理。大多数时候,后面总有一到三个人对某件事非常生气或不满,争吵抱怨,而不是努力寻找缓和矛盾、沟通解决问题的方法。我仍然是这家麦当劳的忠实顾客,但是……我真心觉得这家店的主管或老板应该好好看看,至少尝试改进一下食品的质量控制。检查所有东西是否正确,并根据顾客的订单,确保顾客满意地离开并享用美食。厨房里做的任何东西似乎都只是草草了事,没有真正的用心或关注。
我是说,谁会想吃一个三明治,三明治从面包中间掉了一半,又干又硬等等?
拜托,如果有人能检查一下就好了。就像戈登·拉姆齐那样走进去检查一下。因为我知道麦当劳以提供1000%的客户服务为荣,同时为他们的忠实顾客提供按订单正确制作的优质食物。
但除此之外,这家餐厅还不错,不算太糟糕,但可以做得更好。

附言:还有,这家餐厅什么时候有胆量告诉顾客,他们不接受直接来自管理这家店的办公室的“礼品卡或合作优惠券”?我听过好几次他们不再接受这些了,但他们却能神奇地在电脑上输入一些东西,然后说:“这次可以接受,下次不行”。这让我很震惊。现在我不禁怀疑他们是不是懒得通过系统来操作?还是根本就不知道怎么兑换。

Not sure if the workers here dunno how to read or… if they are just lazy or just don’t care here. But anyways, when receiving my item, which took roughly about 4 minutes, went home and opened it up to only to receive this. I could have went back, i should have checked, but when you are in a rush, who really thinks about it? But anyhow, I went to take a bite into the sandwhich. Not only was it very very tough, but it was like rubber, the bread felt like it was rubbery as well. I literally had to yank the burger out my mouth in order to rip a bite off of it. Couldn’t finish it cause of how hard it was to chew it. I wouldn’t even feed my dog this. Had to throw it away. I just took the L and made an egg sandwich at home. The fries were just as bad. Cold temperature, majority of the fries in the batch i have received almost felt like they can break a car windshield if thrown at one. If i can exacerbate what i mean by that… lets see, if you left the fries out on the table for a couple of days, you know how they shrivel up, get kinda hard and seem to want to turn to dust if you were to put it inside your mouth? It’s kinda like that.
This isn’t the first time that this has happened, and I have always just took the loss, cause it is a bit far out of my place to go to.
“Well you should have checked your order before you left”….(not that anyone said that to me personally, but i’m sure the intended thought to say it was already in the thought process).. Well sure, but the workers job is to pay attention to the ticket and the VERY CLEARLY printed out/shown in screen; items that was needed for the sandwich.
I just really think this McDonald’s needs the owner or someone with higher power, to just be there undercover for a day or two and just monitor and see how the kitchen is run in the back. And see how the communication between workers go. And also, see who really is there just to be there, hoping to collect the check and go home and who is there to actually work, and put in dedication, work, and ethics into their job and come home with an honest earned salary.
I feel like the team communication is completely unorganized. Seems majority of the time, there is always 1-3 people in the back really mad or upset about something and arguing or complaining about one thing vs another, instead of trying to find ways to de-escalate, communicate and figure out solutions peacefully. I am still a loyal customer to this McDonald’s, but. I just honestly think some type of Supervisor or Owner of this store should really check out the store and try to at least make some type of improvement with the quality control of the food. Checking to make sure everything is correct and to the customers order’s to make sure the customer leaves happy and can enjoy their meal. Seems like anything made back in the kitchen is just sloppily thrown together with no real care or attention.
I mean comon, who wants to eat a sandwhich thats halfway falling out from between the buns, Dry, hard, etc etc?
Please, if anyone or someone can just check them out. Like, walk in there Gordon Ramsay style, type of checking them. Cause I know McDonalds takes pride in providing 1000% customer service while providing excellent food made to order the correct way for their loyal customers.
But besides that. The restaurant is okay, not terrible, but could do better.

PS: and also, since when does this Particular restaurant have the audacity to tell customers that they do NOT accept “gift cards, or cooperate coupons” that came directly from the Office that manages this store? I’ve been told a few times they do not accept those anymore, but can magically punch in a few things on the computer then say, “we will take it this time, but we can’t next time”. Which blows me away. Cause now it makes me wonder if they are just lazy to do it through the system? Or if they are completely unaware of how to redeem them.
