It's a beautiful place and the service was good, but the food was not as spectacular as I had hoped. The reviews were promising and the online menu looked great. Walking in, the ambiance was really nice and quiet, the chairs are super comfy and you have a nice view of the lake. I was quite a bit underwhelmed by my Bison Ribeye Steak. In hindsight I should've returned the steak after the first couple of bites, but it goes against my grain throwing away a $65 steak, so I kept telling myself it's not too bad. Both were delicious and the asparagus was probably my favorite item, which is kind of sad. Service was very friendly but the gal was a bit inexperienced it seemed, but she tried hard and she was very nice. I ordered a sub with everything besides onions and black olives, I got 2 jalapenos on a foot long and the stem of a jalapeno it wouldn't have been so bad if there were more veggies on the sub and that's why it wasn't noticed but I only got 2 slices and a stem😞.
