I questioned why this is so since bagels are pre made. Her excuse was that they were busy and low on staff. I was told that I was banned from this location because of how I treated the associate I spoke about above. I guess this is punishment for being frustrated about the situation above. Probably only spent 12 minutes in the fryer when they should be in there for usually 15-18 minutes as the skins were rubbery and meat was tough to pull from the bones. When they finally brought it out it was two slices of bacon on a buttered everything bagel. Second bad experience I ordered the grilled farmers breakfast wrap and they didn’t even put an egg in it. Also seems like there could be a napkin shortage since they never give them. Save yourself from the long line and go down the road to the Lackawanna location.
