They forget at-least one item every-time I go also the workers are super antisocial and are rude sometimes. Either a burger or our sauces. I get this work is hard-work and I have a lot of respect for people that have to do these jobs especially on busy hours but maybe work on quality assurance and have more pride in your job, double check each bag carefully, might save someone 10 minutes of their time having to go back inside and wait for a new item to be made which not only wastes my time but yours too, do the job right the first time. Management needs to make a game plan and also needs to enforce measures to make employees want to be more aware. Give more chances for employees to receive bonus/ raise if they don’t mess up orders and that will weed out the bad ones and will keep people motivated. After realizing how melted it was once bringing it back to our table and talking to my boyfriend that ordered it, I offered to go to the counter for him to ask for a not melted milkshake. I went up to the expo counter and spoke to Mayra. I had nicely asked if we could get a milkshake that wasn't melted and the look she gave me was as if I was a nuisance. Afterwards, my son went to go get two forks for our animal fries for us and he spoke to Mayra as well. She confirmed with him he needed forks and she gave him two extra sauce packets. My son is shy so he didn't say anything and just brought the sauce packets back. We didn't want to deal with her anymore so we just ate them with our fingers. First world problems, I know. But we are paying customers so it would be nice to get what we expected or inform the customer of the strawberry milkshake situation before they order.

I have tried them several times and unfortunately I consistently have issues with my order. My experience today was enough to make me leave a review. My order was delivered to a different person. When I called and requested my order to be remade and sent to me again they said it was going to take 45 minutes. For the inconvenience I asked if they could upgrade my 2 large pizzas to 2 XL pizzas. I was told no because it messes with their inventory. My only options were a refund or credit. I had used $28 in rewards so I was only paying $1 for the pizzas and $11 and change for the tax, delivery fee and tip. When I asked if I would get my $28 in rewards back on my account if they refunded me I was told by the manager that he wasn't sure. After further discussion about how frequent my bad experiences were with this location he did upgrade my pizzas. However when I recieved my order both pizzas were incredibly thin. I dont know of this was mistake because they were rushing to catch up with the orders or if to "save the inventory" they took the dough for a large and stretched it to the size of an XL. Super disappointed with this experience. Id advise using a different location and picking up or saving yourself the trouble and using a different company. Trust me, you will be disappointed.

Never got it fixed let alone my order. Felt bad for my two other colleagues who also had to forfeit their lunch for this. We work across the way and have never had such poor time or service from here. To the manager, those employees did nothing wrong other than do their job and maybe misheard me with my irish Boston accent. They weren't that great & they were even less great the time before this visit. The pretzels were over cooked & dry. Not enough butter on them. I like to eat the leftovers the next day, but not this batch. Even after I warmed them up a little bit, they just weren't very good. The staff are definitely working hard, but it seems like there are issues with consistency. Maybe more training for everyone or spot checks by the owner. I think somebody should be checking the quality of the food they are putting out. And I wouldn't be coming down on the teenage kids that are working for you. I think they are doing their best. Whomever is in charge here though, must have chosen to ignore their reviews. They arent great. It wouldn't take much though & you could be Awesome! Keep at it. 🙂
