We knew what we wanted to order before he came back with drinks so that was placed right away. The food was mediocre and for sure nothing to write home about. If there was a supervisor on site, they were nowhere to be seen though my experience with them is that even when they're present they are woefully disengaged. Not sure who is responsible but something is being miscommunicated with management and/or training because the people handling the food are skimping in various ways. We have noticed for a while they give us less veggies on orders, so we tend to pay extra for “extra veggies” but still end up feeling like veggies are way less than other branches. The first time we complained, they said they will keep our name at the front desk so that we get a free meal next time. When we ordered and came to pick up, they said they had no record of us having a free meal. Being my first time he made many great suggestions and was able to substitute things I did not prefer having on my dog.
