Pâtisseries were great. Excellent tea selection which was from Fortnum Mason. Sandwiches were dry, and kind of tough. I understand it's a smaller store compared to the Mountain View one, so naturally, there are fewer options. What is disappointing, though, is the recent drop in quality, specifically the packaging. I come here for cakes for special occasions, and these cakes are not cheap. Part of the premium experience used to be the beautiful orange boxes that felt special and elevated the whole presentation. Now, the cakes come in flimsy, generic-looking paper boxes that honestly make it feel like I bought a cake from a grocery store.
