I could easily tell it from the thickness and taste. I was surprised that even such old restaurants are engaged in such practices and play with customers. When I confronted the manager at the billing counter, he accepted it in a way but rudely replied - "Ab iske liye jaan thode hi maar denge workers ko". This guy lacks professionalism and should know to behave with customers. The restaurant itself should not take it's name for granted. Tandoor chicken was soft and properly cooked, chicken chilli had a thin coating of corn flour with proper blend of spices. These two items are must try. Leg kebab masala and rara chicken were another exceptional dishes. The chickens were properly roasted and not boiled. Presentation was too notch. Service was again too quality. I don't know the name of the staff but he knew his game properly. He explained about the dishes, and proactively did his task. Ambience is peaceful mostly focused on Bihar theme. The service is pathetic and the slowest ever experienced. Though the food was good but who will wait for an hour to get your order. It was our last day in patna and we went there to enjoy time with family and kids. But it was completely ruined due to poor delivery and service. Don't waste your time with family as kids get impatient waiting for so long thus ruining the whole experience. Even a simple cold drink was served after 15 min which didn't require any special preparation.
