The overall pace and attentiveness were inconsistent. Cleanliness is also a major concern, the cleanliness of the restaurant isn’t at the highest standard which overshadows it's scenic setting. The ambience is good, the seating arrangement is good, the staff is polite and the service was also good. We went in the off season so not much crowded and hence we had a great experience.

This is first of its veg restaurant which come up and hence located very strategically. The food was good and the quantity was also sufficient. The service was fast. The waiters could be much more responsive but don't expect that here. Its open area sitting which actually gives a good feel. The wash basin is outside but there is no toilets/wash rooms. This is one big negative as mostly people travelling on their way to Mahabaleshwar would stop here and wash room is required. Parking is limited and there is a charge for parking that needs to be paid.

But the restaurant did not match to any of the expectations we had! The overall taste of all the parathas was a bit mild and lacked proper flavour. They add potato to all their parathas so if you are not a potato (aloo) fan then you are surely not gonna like this place. We ordered for the aloo paratha and the cheese onion paratha, and both had a lot of aloo in it. The aloo paratha was very blend but the cheese onion was nice much better than the first one. We also ordered the JAIN ALL VEG PARATHA and it was really nice! We did not expect it to be so good but it is really nice with the good amount of Methi and cabbage in it. Would have given this place maybe 3.5 stars but giving it only 3 cause the staff was really bad! They looked not at all interested in taking orders and serving the guests! They were least bothered for their job and even ordered a wrong paratha for us! We refused to take the paratha and only then, another staff came and got us the correct paratha. We were planning to order the Pav bhaji also but just then heard the other table complaining about slate breads in the Pav Bhaji!! So we refrained from ordering that! All in all the owners don't seem to be interested in keeping their good name going! Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT THIS PLACE IN PANCHAGANI!!

If you're a Pizza hut, Dominos or Mapro's fan, Oregano may not fit your tastebuds. Their pizzas won't be salty enough, greasy enough and basically unhealthy enough. The ingredients here are organic (obviously) and fresh. You can taste the difference. I especially like the crust on the pizzas, very nice and light. Just like my vegetables, I try to choose organic ingredients. Of course it costs a little more but definately worth it. It's all about making smart choices to be healthier, but still satisfying a craving. I've tried several different flavors and I love all of them! My favourite is definitely their Greenhouse Pizza!!! I had the margarita omg it's so good!!! I think I actually enjoy it more because the cheese is of such high quality. The Pastas are equally delicious. One of my favourite things about Oregano is the people. Everyone there is so nice. I've never experienced anything less than excellent customer service whether I've come in to dine in or had food delivered. Considering almost everyone who works here are local boys and girls with no prior experience from food service, their service is unexpectedly quick and professional as well so I'm really impressed.
