Their food is so good and quality. I’ve never had a complaint about service either. I’ve been going here over a decade it feels like. However, yes I understand inflation is a thing and understand the economy blows, but in the last couple years their sushi prices have DOUBLED. And yes I remember what they used to be lol. For only a couple years, I don’t think they should have doubled. It used to be pretty affordable, although still higher end compared to others in the area. Now it’s pretty unaffordable and a total splurge if I want to ever go again and that makes me so sad. Their basic special Cali roll used to be priced at $6, now it’s $13!!!!! Their samchee roll used to be priced at $8.50, now $15.50!! Soup and salad almost doubled if you do take out (I know it’s free sit down still thankfully). I’m also noticing that I think prices have increased even more in the last month. Like I said I get inflation and economic times but to double in just a couple years and comparing to other restaurants in the area, they are very overpriced now and I’m so sad as a regular. 😭😭 I can’t imagine others have not noticed this either as a review before mine mentioned their prices being too high as well.

Meal One was the best of the bunch. Kristen W was our server. She couldn't have been better. She was friendly and attentive to all of our needs. I had the small Bistro salad. It was fresh and tasty. Day 2 lunch was a bit underwhelming. Due to a conference at the hotel the restaurant was busy. Ordered crispy chicken sandwich and fries. Everything took way longer than it should and the food was on the overcooked side. Somewhat dry. Took a long time to get check and even longer to get change. Day 2 dinner. Darrel M was our server. Again I had the small Bistro salad. Again it was excellent. Followed that up with a bowl of Smoked Turkey and Lentil soup. The portion was very small for a Bowl. It was not filled sufficiently but was still tasty. Had the New York Strip for entree and it was cooked as ordered and well seasoned. Day 3 Lunch. Conference still going on. Staff still overwhelmed by the number of diners. Ordered something simple, a burger and fries. Burger was ordered Medium. It was dry and somewhat tasteless. Learned a lesson from previous lunch and requested check at time of food delivery. Still took just over an hour from start to finish. Restaurant knows when conference is at hotel. I think they could do a little better job staffing appropriately so the dining experience at lunch time was better. If I could give two separate reviews it would be four stars for dinners and Two stars for lunch. Thus the three star review.

And I have it everywhere, Texas, KC, Tennessee, everywhere. This place is up at the top. We got the brisket meat plate. Smoked Wings meat plate and the 1/2 rack pork spare ribs meat plate. EVERYTHING was amazing. Even the sides. Brisket was perfect, great smoke flavor ( even nicer smoke ring ) tender, juicy. Wings had great smoke flavor, nice and perfectly crispy but not burnt, juicy and flavorful. The ribs were top notch!! Great crust from the rub, also perfect smoke flavor, not dry but not fall off the bone ( aka over cooked in my opinion) get that perfect bite. They are take out only but have a small store that has some items I love. I tried lychee aloe juice. It was my first time trying that flavor, but I loved it. For a brewery the options are better than other places in the area and they were good. I mostly enjoyed the truffle fries but they were a tad bit salty. The food was fine, but definitely not worth the wait. The most popular item ordered was the chicken tenders and waffle fries, I didn’t try it but all my friends did recommend it. The atmosphere is fairly quiet, there weren’t many people there during lunch so that’s good.

The pictures of this place inside and out make it look so much better than it is. It is run down both inside and out. However, the food is amazing and most everything is from scratch. We had the SpaceBall pizza, garlic bread with balsamic drizzle, a cherry coke (alcoholic), and a beer. The food and service were awesome. Having said that, it wouldn't be my first choice the next time we discuss getting food. The location in town is not great. But they are charging astronomical Italian Bistro prices ($18 for like 8 bone in wings, $25 for pasta) while you're afraid of touching anything in the place because it looks/feels like you're dining in a junkyard. Definitely a place better for carryout rather than dining in.

During my dining experience, I tried a 17 oz cowboy ribeye, infused duck ravioli, crab cake, bone morrow, lobster mac and cheese, truffle fries, butternut squash soup , a wedge salad, and crème brûlée. The ribeye was buttery, juicy, and had a perfect pink center. The infused duck ravioli had the perfect meat to pasta ratio with a delicious cream sauce. The crab cake was not a typical crab cake. It was more of a “crab salad.” I can’t say I was blown away by it. The bone morrow looked appealing, but was flavorless. The lobster mac and cheese had huge chunks of lobster and a delicious combination of cheeses. The truffle fries were excellent and had a nice crunch to them. The butternut squash soup was creamy and had an excellent caramelized taste. The wedge salad came with lardons and was covered in blue cheese dressing. The dressing was very tasty, but the lardons did not impress me with the salad. The food was on point. I like my Eggs scrambled real soft, and that us how they showed up, the gravy on the chicken fried steak was were it should be, in flavor, thickness, and the amount of sausage in it. The wife's veggie omelet, with a side of Chile cheese fries, was so on point as well. We consume more than we normally would because it is good. Our waitress was kind enough. The only complaint about the pizza, and it's a minor one, was that the sausage was so sage forward and flavorful that you couldn't really taste the bacon or ham. The sausage was delicious (one of the best I've had) though so I wasn't even mad; I just wished the dish had been a bit more balanced.
