The app wasn't working at either Burger King to order the digital exclusives and when I went to order it locked up the app and pushed me to a BK 7 miles away. I would complain to the company but never got a receipt. We had to get a spoon for my kids ice cream but all 3 workers were in the back. There's no seating for more than 4 people without spreading across multiple areas. And the soda machine for customers was almost completely out. Of the 2 kiosk available. 1 didn't work. The men's room hadn't been checked in awhile and it was clear by how dirty the toilet was. I will say this, the workers were nice.
