Green chili sauce definitely homemade with lots of green chilis. It was spicier than the red sauce. I didn't have much of an appetite but I completely wolfed this whole chimi down it was so good. Oh and the fried ice cream was the best too. They use a fried cinnamon sugar tortilla bowl that was flakey and fit perfectly with bites of ice cream. Lovely low key local diner with full bar. If we ever come through Holbrook again we will be stopping here.

The enchilada was just cheese topped with the green chili sauce. The cheese inside wasn't melted, but it tasted okay. Service was good.

Sorry if i got the spelling wrong. It was wonderfully good, but the chicken is heavy in batter so if you don't want a lot of batter it may not be for you. Had to drive back to get the sauce - which was not like any "sweet and sour" sauce I've ever seen. It was thick and very red and contained not one pineapple piece. (see photo) Actually questioned if they had mistakenly provided the wrong sauce - was met with a blank stare. Fried rice was literally just brown rice with a vegetable or two sprinkled in. Entire meal - pretty much flavorless and sauce had a very weird taste (not sweet and sour). We do not recommend this place.
