Our server, Kat, was top notch - knowledgeable, enthusiastic & fun without being over bearing. Her recommendations for food were great. The food itself was somewhat less than I expected quality wise for the hype - especially since they recently opened a Resturaunt in Charlottesville. The food was good - but just good, not great. Neither mom or I are beer drinkers & this biz is a brewery so certainly that's their focus. I had the fajita in a spinach wrap & it too was okay but way too heavy with cheese & neither the lime cilantro rice or corn & black bean salsa had any zing or fling but were rather dull & unmemorable. The "signature spicy ranch dip" was not spicy or unique - more like commercial ranch dressing with a little hot sauce in it. Even mom's special spiced fries were nominally spiced & not that special. The food was just okay but significantly over priced for how unremarkable it actually was. We'll be going again and trying new dishes soon & will let you know if they do anything better than smoke tough meats or make bland dishes. The server though, Kat made it worthwhile.

My husband ordered the ribeye steak, vegetables & baked potato. Our Daughter ordered the Peppe's chicken salad & I ordered meat sauce spaghetti with added basil. The sauce is homemade, the noodles were tasty (I'm picky with my noodles) and for dessert we had a chocolate cannoli & lemon cake. Everything was so delicious! The only negative thing is they didn't have wine (though their menu states otherwise) and my husband wasn't asked how he wanted his steak cooked. Service was great.
