This was so delicious! I had the three meat plate with ribs, pulled pork and brisket. So delicious! I really appreciate the dry rub and that you can put your own sauce on. Must get reservation as wait time in peak beach season is usually 1.5-2.5 hrs. Pizza is fantastic with nice dough, and fresh ingredients. Definitely more wood fired Neapolitan vs thin and crispy. High Thyme is one of those places! We came in for dinner for the first time recently and were blown away and couldn’t believe it has been an option for us for so many years and we just have been missing out. The food was incredible, portions generous, service friendly and knowledgeable and the wine was very reasonably priced with great selection. We arrived right at 5 and the dining area had plenty of tables available but it appeared as though the bar may have opened up a bit earlier because every stool was already filled. By 5:30 the dining room was also packed (this was a Saturday night in between Christmas and New Year’s for reference). All in all we are thrilled to find another great spot on Sullivan’s and can’t wait to go back. Definitely aspiring regulars.

He provided stellar service. We went for my husband's 26th birthday and although we went with a few dishes in mind we decided to be spontaneous and try the chef's tasting menu. It was incredible!
