Walking up to it the smells of smoked barbecue meat was very tantalizing. Walking in the front door the atmosphere is cowboy cute, but not overdone. The country music playing added to the western air. But that's where the charm stopped. Service was abysmal. We ventured at 2:20 in the afternoon. You cNt order any dinner items before 4:00 PM. We got our drinks right away, but after that our order took over 40 minutes to get our 3 sandwiches (2 smoked pork and 1 BLT). During that time no one came to check on our drinks or to tell us why it took so long. Once the food arrived the pulled pork was barley luke warm and had no taste at all. They did provide they're in house BBQ sauce, but I had to pour a LOT of sauce on to make it taste at all. We ate half the sandwiches but couldn't bare anymore. And still we did not get a refresh of our drinks. As we went to get up to leave the finally asked about refilling our drinks, but we were done with the place. Stacey was our server. For starters this is a very small town, Panguitch Utah. It’s beyond disappointing that the townspeople aren’t supporting there neighborhood eateries as they use to just a couple months ago. Your choices of places to eat are very few. This place was extremely clean, very spacious with a decent menu and excellent pricing. We ordered the shredded roast beef with mashed potatoes which was served in huge portions and was delicious. The cheese burger with grilled onions was a bit tough. But, when we are back in this area we will definitely be returning here for the roast beef. Our server Stacey was attentive, friendly and mindful. Although it was a quiet night she didn’t rush us out the door and she didn’t forget we were there. After got my sandwich I sat down to eat like normal and when I unwrapped it and started eating there was something spicy in it. For the record this is what I got. Turkey sandwich with provolone with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles, ranch, and vinaigrette. Also, my mother who also got ranch on hers said her sandwich was spicy. But, my dad who didn't have any ranch on it said it wasn't spicy. I think it was weird that the ranch could have been spicy because when I go to subways their ranch isn't spicy. The atmosphere, service, and hospitality all feel like hometown/smalltown which is wonderful. But the food blew us away. Every dish we tried was excellent. The Cuban Sandwich was so good, it felt like we were in Little Havana. This was honestly the best Cubano I’ve had outside of Little Havana. Blackened Salmon Fish Tacos were so packed with unique flavors. The combination was incredible. The Spinach Artichoke Dip and Crab Cakes were both probably the best we have ever had. Both had a slightly different flavor profile than traditional versions and they both had flavors that made me feel like every crab cake and spinach artichoke dip I have eaten to this point was B grade. A truly great example of a great chef taking something and making it his own…and better! The Grilled Chicken Bacon Avocado Ranch Club was so much more flavorful than any club variety we have ever had. The chicken was juicy and all of the ingredients were fresh. The entrance is nice and well kept with knickknacks and souvenirs. We were greeted promptly and sat at a well lit table in a clean dining room.
