It was hot and well prepared but eggrolls were a little over cooked but had good flavor. Portions on bowl option was great and I was advised of price mark up on my option which was appreciated. There was no wait inside despite the parking lot being full so that was somewhat of a mystery. We had to park next door and walk in. The order was for family size mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw and 4 biscuits, which came to $15+. When ordering, I redeemed an offer to receive a bucket of 8 Chicken Tenders that was supposed to be free with a $15.00+ order but the store said they did not show the tenders on the order and refused to give them to me. I printed out my receipt from my online order and showed them but they still refused to give them to me because they said the Free Tenders did not show up on the order they received. So, I asked to cancel and refund the entire order. However, again, the employee refused to do that as well because she said it was done online and not at the store, therefore, I would have to cancel it online. She telephoned the manager and he advised her the same as she had informed me. So, I returned home and got back online to cancel the order but it would not let me do so stating the order was complete. It was NOT complete. I tried to call the store telephone number numerous times but no one would ever answer it. I then tried to contact the KFC Corporate Office but I was put on hold for almost 30 minutes with no one ever answering. Sadly, this has always been my KFC go-to for decades. However, I will not be returning again. Worst customer service I've ever received from KFC.

The wraps on the summer rolls were a little dryer than I expected and that is the only criticism I have about the entire experience. The Pho broth is key to me and it was flavorful and spiced nicely. Not going to lie the crazy tender beef short rib stole the show for me. It was think, flavorful and added a level of flavor I have not experienced in Tulsa. My wife had the vermicelli bowl combo and she gets it at all the popular Tulsa locations. It was not exactly the same without the shrimp in the combo, but otherwise it was one of the best she has had. She highly recommends it! I can't wait to eat there again.....

Just yellow rice. Not brown rice like it should be, taste was like knorrs yellow rice. Didnt taste like fried rice at all. - The fried strips they give you in a bag as a side item to the soups were bland and stale. Panda express chow mein and walmart general tsos chicken would have been a FAR better dinner. This was inneble garbage. We did not eat it, wasted 45 dollars on it and it ruined our appetite for the rest of the night as well as leaving a very strange after taste in my mouth. Genuinely the worst chinese food I can EVER remember eating. At least we know a restauraunt (cant believe it is one) to avoid. I would call and ask for a refund because of how bad it was but to be fair their menu doesnt say it tastes good. I never expected it to taste that bad though, it was awful.

So I went in this subway next to Philips 66 and walked in and didn't see no one for like 5 mins and finally one female walked out front and her attitude was okay but was kinda slow when it came to me ordering and making the sandwich, then this other female walked out from the back and was also slow as heck and looked like she was smoking something because I can tell weather or not someones been smoking by the way they look and how weird they acted like this other female that walked out from the back! And first sandwich I ordered was 6 inch tuna and second sandwich was ft long chicken.. so I had to literally repeat my self 5 times to both of them especially the second girl that walked from the back and then she tries using ft long bread for tuna and I repeated myself for 10th time that the tuna sandwich is supposed to be the 6 inch and chicken sandwich is the ft long one then she said okay I'm sorry... So then instead of making the chicken the ft long she decides to make it 6 inch as well and finally I said screw it just give the 6 inch chicken because I wasn't that hungry anyways but other 6 inch tuna was for my dad and I could not get that wrong.... Yeah I won't be getting anymore orders from this location after today.. they're attitudes was fine but they're performance, not so good👎🙄

It measured a little over 5" with hardly anything on it. Not happy with Subway lately seems like they are cutting corners. Would also like to add I called up there to talk to manger. The kid who answered the phone was completely rude and unprofessional. When I told him that I wouldn't be happy if I had to drive 15 minutes back to the restaurant he said why dont you go ahead and just do that. Felt like it was a threat for me to do so. He rudely laughed at me when I told him I measured the sandwich and told him the 6" sub was barely over 5". I also did not have much tuna on it as well. Just frustrated that I am paying for a sandwich they are not fully providing me. I will add that I have never had any problems with this Subway until recently.
