The soup was our least favorite but it went great with the fresh sourdough rolls. Out of my family of four, three of us got the Forklift Breakfast (pretty traditional breakfast - two eggs, toast, potatoes, sausage or bacon) and this meal has always been a go-to for its consistency. This time, unfortunately, the meal came out immediately cold. The toast was cold and hard, the potatoes were overcooked, and the eggs were cold. The bacon was cooked well, but like everything else, cold. This restaurant is infamous for relatively slow service, but we got our food after about 15 minutes. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty and the food coming out relatively fast, the cold, overcooked meal was less than exceptional. For $23, I expected the food to come out hot and fresh. I would've paid $10 for this meal tops. Roadside diner quality (and even then, the roadside diner comes out hot off the griddle). The service was also significantly worse than before.
