I almost never give a negative feedback but the discrepancy between the reviews and my family's experience with their food is suspect. We had a pizza that felt like a $6 frozen one you get at a discount supermarket. We had spaghetti that was the worst spaghetti I've ever had that was flooded with water on the bottom. The marinara sauce was flavorless. The garlic bread tasted like untoasted bread with garlic on it. No complaints on the Caesar salad but hard to really screw that up. Usually Google ratings and reviews are pretty spot on but this was truly disappointing. Based on the food we got today, it's at best a 2.5/5 establishment and enough for me to write a long review. The date is Aug 18, 2025 at the order time of 6:30pm. I hope they have a good excuse for the poor food but we're definitely not giving this place a second chance. Oh did I mention it was expensive?

There were plenty of other customers including a family with children, couples and a group fresh from their wine tour. We have driven by this place for years on trips through the Okanagan. Having been completely closed for a few years, it came under new ownership and re-opened in 2023. I ordered the Falls burger on a gluten free/ vegan bun. It was so flavorful and despite the amount of sauce on it, (this was a multiple serviette burger!) the bun did not disintegrate. I did, however eat it in the famous "hunch" eating position made famous by a certain white haired "guy" TV host to protect my clothing. The restaurant offers several "Gluten Aware" options, however the fryers are not dedicated to Gluten Aware, so I had a side of the "Mean Greens" salad. It was very tasty and on a future visit I might choose to have this salad with some chicken. Our server was very aware of gluten allergies and this really made me feel comfortable. My husband had the Kung Pao chicken which he said "lacked Pow" and did not have enough heat. Likely would not order this again. Drinks were good and service was great. I asked about the hotel and learned that they have "jack and Jill" rooms, two spaces connected by a washroom so parents on one side, children on the other, or two couples on vacation. Overall, would definitely visit again.

We had the watermellon salad ($16, probably overpriced for what it was) which was good, and the ribs with cornbread and Mac n' cheese (excellent and worth the money!). We also purchased a case of wine along with a couple flights. Just a small complaint I have about the general manager (or winery owner) - don't expect the same treatment from him if you don't look like you have a fat wallet - he went above and beyond for the "mature" looking couples, but couldn't even say hello to us. The staff on the other hand were great, nothing but good things to say about them. It's a shame when ageism presents itself - made us feel out of place and unwelcomed.

Not sure if the experience could have been worse. They have this odd way of ordering food, you check off what you want and then need to pay and tip to order your food. God forbid the wait staff could do that for you....there must be only 8-10 tables in the place. Food was awful, only our salad was edible. Brisket was badly overcooked, too dry to eat.
