It has all the making of a hidden gem of a restaurant but misses the mark on everything important. The menu has very few items, and the first two share the exact same description, but with different names. The food portions were quite small for the price. I found the server (also presumably the owner) rude. He started taking our orders and then walked away halfway through to serve somebody else. He could not explain a dish to my daughter who is a picky eater, and then brought her meal with beans that we asked to be held. He sang randomly and loudly throughout our meal. Introduced to me by an old friend and coworker I was extremely skeptical at first. Going to a gas station to have sushi sounded like a horrible idea to me. Technically it isn’t the gas station but it is part of the same building. I was quickly proven wrong and have been a repeat customer for over 4-5 years. Their quality is always high, food fresh and service friendly and attentive. Their combos are very reasonably priced and their rolls aren’t overly expensive. Tasty and good quality for the price paid. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area.

Food was ready in a decent amount of time. About 30 minutes for takeout. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They had a few people waiting around dinner time. The chow mein was average, the barbecue pork fried rice was great and full of flavor but had an insane amount of peas, the almond chicken was good with an unusual twist, they sprinkle sugar on top, in all my years of ordering Chinese food no one else has done that. They blend the sugar with the crushed almonds for the topping. It reminds me of the sugary coating on donuts. It actually tasted pretty good. I was not a fan of the honey garlic pork. My usual place in Surrey puts on a generous coating of sauce leaving a pool of sauce in the bottom of the container. They're all sticky and dripping with flavor and you can spoon the excess sauce in the container over the food on your plate. But the honey garlic pork at this place was almost dry. I couldn't taste the honey or garlic at all. I also wasn't a fan of the size of the pork pieces in the honey garlic pork. For me the smaller the better. I like the nice crispy ones. The pork chunks here were very large. I got a few super long ones the size of chicken strips. They should be diced much smaller. The pieces were so large it just wasn't appetizing. The chunks look like chicken wings. That spring rolls I guess are hit and miss. We ordered two. One was perfect nice and crispy and the other one was completely soggy. I don't know what happened there. Overall I think their prices are just a bit too high for what you're getting.

We had take out and ordered butter chicken, mango chicken, aloo ghobi, samosas and naan bread. The food was very tasty and fresh, the packaging sturdy. The staff were also very helpful for helping us through a food allergy related to their menu. The butter chicken sauce was among some of the best I've had, and the mango chicken dish had a very pleasantly strong mango flavor and was the winner of the evening. The aloo ghobi and samosa were fair to good. I think the restaurant is still working to hit its stride though. There were some inconsistencies in terms of allergens on the ubereats menu VS. When I had called in. The chicken on the mango chicken was perfection, but the butter chickens chicken was quite overcooked. We had also requested mild and I would be surprised if the butter chicken was truly their mildest version (though, again, it was excellent). I am hopeful that some of these kinks are worked out and that we will have another go to restaurant locally. My kids all made short work of devouring the meal ,and my one son made an extra plate up for lunch the next day ,as the portion size of dishes were quite large. My next door neighbors and a close friend all agreed that this was exceptional food and would be returning to the restaurant as well as I, for more. I became the first customer , and I'm so glad I was honored with this as I was bestowed the highest level of treatment and service. Large but it was only about 5% capacity at dinner time. The menu is a little confusing and the prices are a little on the rediculous side compared to other decent sushi places I've been to. The waitress was on us like white on rice asking us 3 times if we were ready to order within the 1st 5 min of being there. I had to wonder if it was because once people see the menu they leave so its there way of making sure they get a sale. With that said, when the food came i noticed that the pieces were kind of stupid big and all different sizes but it was very flavorful. The pieces were just to awkward to eat. It had no strange looking bits of meat, and clearly fresh veggies in all the dishes. Flavors were good, nothing seemed over cooked or steamed to much. The Only observation was one of the dishes was a bit saltier than we would have preffered, but we don't have a lot of salt in our diets. Here is my review: Been going to other pizzeria in the local area, which all have a different crust and flavor profile but you find the ones you like. Which most people will agree on. Now the comparison. There is a Panago Pizza at the Abbotsford Canucks hockey food court, which we have had several times. It has been good every time, right up there with my favorites. We have had the New York Deli and Hawaiian, both were cooked nicely and a good balance toppings. The Hawaiian has more than the standard load of cheese with a nice pull to it as you would expect. The Deli was good, period. They both had a nice chew with some exposed crust for you bread lovers, but not a jaw workout. So.....we figure the local Panago must be the same, it is a franchise after all?! Simply put, the pizza was hard work to chew and the toppings were just not up to a standard I expect anywhere. Cooked a bit much on the bottom then gets doughy and tough as it progresses thru to the toppings. Should they not be able to replicate a franchise standard? I hope they can fix their issues, maybe I got a bad dough day...... No I won't be back and no I don't want anything.

Literally the customers had given up today and they started leaving stuff on the tables because there was no empty garbage can to throw out garbage. There was 5 or 6 employees working behind the counter practically tripping over each other to make our food. The food took forever and my sprite was terrible, I wouldn’t even call it sprite. The one employee stared at me holding out my food waiting for me to grab it speaking not a word to me. He then came back and put my sauce on the other side of the counter and then left. I had to reach across after a few minutes of waiting to be properly served. We were not given a bag with our purchase and had to ask for one. To top it all off the employee working the till was mopping and packaging our food. I will not be going back and I would not recommend this location, they have horrible customer service as well as it is unsanitary and unsafe.

So calamari, the most important part, was done perfect. 5/5 for that. The tzaziki was hit and miss between the small containers. one was watery and not much flavor and the other was so thick you needed a knife to put it onto anything. The rice was a bit plain and needed more flavor (not salt). The potato was ok, and so were the 3 carrot sticks. The pita bread was good. Nice place. We have our go to places that make this place taste like drive thru, but on vacation we thought we would try. I wouldn't go here again and just wait to go to my go to places
