As always food was good. Although the vegetable fritters seem to have changed since I was there last a year ago. They looked unappealing and didn't taste as good as I remembered. Husband had the Crying tiger and loved it however it was well done not medium rare as advertised . The blonde girl behind the counter making drinks seemed to be doing her job while helping the other staff, serving and taking phone calls , she did a great job . All staff need to smile more, they look unhappy. The girl who took our order didn't know the menu and we had to point out what we wanted, repeated four times that we wanted a small bowl of chips on the table because she didnt understand. We originally had a table in the side room and there was a family, another couple and a large table of women who were extremely loud. I'm all for people enjoying themselves but thought it was super rude to be so loud that we and the other couple asked to move into the room with the bar and were later followed by another 2 girls and they still continued to be loud. Alrhough the restaurant isnt to blame I thought after 6 of their customers moved that a staff member could've politely asked them to keep the noise down.

Food was amazing but unfortunately the service and attitude of staff was terrible. Ordered all meals at the same time but everyone got their meals on the table apart from one which didn't come out for a further 8 minutes. Had to ask for some service from a staff member to order deserts and once again one person had to wait an extra 10 minutes after everyone else's deserts arrived (same deserts as 2 other people on the table). Would be a good idea to get more training for staff and attitudes that actually feel like they want to be there. Would love to come back but won't be unless the staff improve on service.

I had to step out just as the food arrived to deal with my screaming baby, and the staff put my food under the heating light to keep it warm without being asked.
