The overall ambiance of the place was cozy and cute, with a warm wooden and rustic interior, and a nice garden outside. Wait time for our food was a little bit long, but understandable since they were busy. Food was nicely plated, but were pretty pricey for the average taste, with one of the poached eggs being overcooked and the "chilli scrambled eggs" tasting a bit too sweet, with little to no spice or sambal flavour that was advertised. Unfortunately, the two long, dark-haired servers that served our drinks and food were also not very friendly. Neither said a word and both looked at us like they didn't want to be there. Didn't say hi or even ask what our orders were, simply stood and stared at us indifferently until we said our orders, even though we did see and hear them speak to some other customers when serving. And for this also I wouldnt suggest a party as $19 each is a waste and maybe only the children under 1 would be satisfied. (I even arranged for parents and siblings to purchase their own meals to stay within budget, which all of them did but still the catering wasnt enough) On the hot day the ice cream went down a treat and every child loved it. A few extras advertised weren’t provided either—such as a special party chair or balloons, the party next to us had a lovely lavender pots on their tables.  Not sure what happened there. For anyone considering this venue, be aware; •That cakes won’t be stored in a cool room or fridge. •Bring your own decorations if you want the party area styled, including balloons in case they forget again. If they charged per platter this would have been ideal and received better but I do suggest if kids are over 2 that you •Order additional platters or bring extra food of your own Paying per platter would be more appropriate instead of per head. As its better value for money at an indoor play centre (they over-cater) On the positive side—this venue really is special. Before we arrived, a goat had given birth to three babies and we all got to see them playing and feeding. The playground was great for the kids. I’ve visited about four times now and always loved it, which is why I chose it for this party. I thought it would be perfect for my farm-loving child. - My child had the BEST day and of course wasnt impacted by this (his siblings and friends were hungry but not upset about any of the disappointing parts adults noticed) We will absolutely be back for coffee and to see the animals—we just won’t host another party here. I can't personally recommend it but others may have had a different experience. The staff were kind, listened to my concerns, apologised, and I really appreciated that.

Swan Valley Station is like an amazing secret. Just off West Swan Road, it has to be seen to realise how great it is.
