Situated in the heart of the Panjim City. Lot of parking area in and around the hotel. The staff from the security at the main Gate to the restaurant were very welcoming and excellent. We were here for the Yumcha menu that usually happens on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They have a set of Veg and Non Veg Menu that you can choose from and can have unlimited from either one along with different flavoured teas. The non vegetarian menu was excellent from starters to Dessert not forgetting the flavoured Tea. The restaurant has a great ambience and very comfortable seating. And I'm so glad we did. Right from the ambience, the service to the food, everything turned out to be just perfect. We started with the Konjee crispy mushrooms were nice and crispy, without being chewy and the sauce in which they were sautéed wasn't too spicy either. We didn't get a table in Konkani Kitchen which landed us at Goenchin who joyfully relishes the full occupancy of KK. Goenchin as the name suggests primarily serves Chinese cuisine. They claim that they are no.1 Oriental restaurant in Goa. The decor in the restaurant is predominantly in Red with lots of chinese lanterns. We visited the restaurant when they were celebrating Chinese New Year - Year of She'. As we were quite hungry, we order Manchow Chicken Soup and Lemon Coriander Soup along with Spring Rolls. The lemon coriander was much better than Manchow soup. The spring rolls were also nice. For the main course we settled for Goenchin Herbs Rice Chicken and Chicken Singapore Style. Both the dishes were largely ok. The restaurant serves lamb, pork and seafood in addition to the poultry. They also serve alcohol. The approach is easy and people of all ages can find it convenient. Finding a good parking spot is the only issue, as the 18th June road is always busy during working hours. But don't let that stop you from visiting here at least once for a great Punjabi food experience.

Came here for dinner. The place has a lovely old school Chinese restaurant vibe which we really loved. We ordered the tomyum soup, sprung rolls, pork satay and whole fried fish with chilli sauce and the Thai ice cream. Everything was absolutely delicious and close to authentic. The pork was the only thing which underwhelmed. It was chewy and could've been cooked better. The whole fried fish was definitely the highlight of the meal. The food stood out authentic and yummy, however the entire lunch experience was well curated with the warmth and hospitality of the team. Sure...but it was great on its own. Pizza The base itself was decent, but could have been more Neopolitan - the way I like my pizza with a slight sourness to the dough and less loaded on the toppings. This pizza had jalapenos, mushrooms, onions and some more vegetables making it quite filling and heavy to look at even! Still flavourful and nice! Overall, a recommendation for the sheer convenience of knowing the Grand Hyatt can come to your doorstep!

I tried the Veg Tempura sushi and Spicy Salmon sushi. Loved the Veg Tempura, the crispy elements elevated the dish, The salmon , was good as well , I think if they do a smoked salmon would have been better, although smoked salmon sushi is not a traditional dish. It tasted better than regular salmon. We also had Sizzling Brownie with ice-cream. It was 3.5-4 out of 5 I think the brownie was a bit hard, it should have been warmed up properly. My son's favourite mocktail was the cherry blossom and the food was yum. We ordered momos, Goan beef curry, ramen (which was too much for us), and some maki rolls. The scallops were a bit too fishy for our taste but well made. For dessert, we ordered the blueberry cheesecake. The service was good but could be better when there's a full house. The ambiance was nice and initially gave us hope, but unfortunately, that’s the only thing that worked. We ordered standard starters, crispy chicken, spring rolls, and soup. For drinks, we got a mango juice for our son and lime soda for ourselves while deciding on the main course. The crispy chicken was the first to arrive, and it was far from crispy. It was overloaded with batter and drowning in Schezwan sauce barely any actual chicken. The spring rolls followed soon after, and they were worse. They were thick, doughy, and undercooked inside, we’ve had better ones at roadside dhabas for half the price. To make matters worse, they served the spring rolls with ketchup instead of Schezwan sauce, which we had to keep requesting. When the soup finally came (which was recommended by the waiter), it was completely bland, no flavor whatsoever. Even after adding sauces (which again, had to be requested separately), there was still no improvement. We ended up returning the soup. We were so disappointed, we didn’t even bother ordering the main course and asked for the bill. The only silver lining was a ₹100 discount via Swiggy Dineout. They didn't charge us for the soup and our total bill was Rs 1002.50. We ended up ordering from another restaurant and ate at home. Honestly, the lime soda was the only decent thing we had here.
