This time I came home with two different Root Beers and a throw back root beer candy. They even rent out music cds. Very cool. The late breakfast was just ok this time. I had biscuits & gravy. It was easy better years ago when they had a different recipe for both the heavy & biscuts. Oh well. I still love the place. Also had to rock on the rocking chairs out front. Overall, it's a great store to browse and possibly come home with gifts for someone or yourself. I love that a craker Barrel here in Yuma, Az is just the same inside as a Cracker Barrel in Tennessee. It feels like home to me.

This Cracker Barrel is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at on my way back to San Diego when I visit Arizona! We went in on a Sunday morning and it was pretty busy. We sat at the bar top which was the only thing available at the time but worth the experience. I was looking foward to the French toast but were a little too dry for my liking. I believe they left it sitting too long before serving. The fruit (which was sparse) was the only saving grace. Served with brown sugar. See my detailed photos of each of our meals. Carpet was disgusting with stains all over. Sorry, but I can't recommend eating breakfast here.

When I went to grab my food (we have a lot of food because we are a big family), I saw there was only 3 packets of sauce, no biggie but when I asked the man who brought it if we could get more, he rolled his eyes and started walking away while he said “it costs extra”. The man was wearing the manager shirt so I’m praying for his workers haha. They made us pay 2 for 3 packets which I don’t care about it was just very rude. All of their soda machines where broken so I asked them if they could fill my cups with Diet Coke and the gave us regular Coca Cola. 😒

When we finally got our food, the fries were room temperature and overcooked, and the ice cream tasted very off compared to every other McDonald's I've been to. In all, if took us now than an hour to get in, get out good, and get out of our parking space. And when we left, the vomit was still in the floor in front of the register. I absolutely hate using their drive thru.They do not know how to run it.Every night here is 10-15min wait to get thru that drive thru. They have 2 separate lines and I have been there waiting in one of the lanes and have gotten skipped up to 2 times while I'm sitting there watching how other cars from the other lane that arrived way after me get served! I mentioned to them once that they had skipped me twice already and she just apologize but it happen to me the following night when I went to pick up thru drive thru. If this is how the manager (the person they listen to and follow) is running the place. I can only imagine what other rules and policies are they not following. I thought I would try this location again since it had been a couple of years. The Paris tea used to be their standard black tea but must have recently changed to a regular plain black tea. If you want the Paris flavored tea, you must request it. Much to my dismay, when I got to the window, the cold pour that I ordered was barely tea colored. It was so weak that it looked more like water. I was given the teabags, but the water was too cool to steep. When I asked if they could just pour it out and fill the cup with hot water so the teabags could have time to steep, the server was puzzled. She took the cup back, but when she gave it back, it was still barely tinted brown and was cold to the touch. For sure it was $5 wasted. I am not sure I will come back to this location on future Yuma visits. Convenient location with quick service, but sadly the iced tea was a bit stale.

They are ridiculously sloppy there is no structure in how they operate. They are all children I don’t see a single adult working there. I was in line and there was two cars clearly employees in the line and they took up about 30 minutes of the time in the line. The worker taking the orders was handing her iPad to the people in each car and joking around with them and chatting it up with them mean while a line formed. People from the second car hopped out and ran up to the window and was talking to the worker there and then ran back and hopped into the other car. This whole thing is taking up so much time and when it was finally my turn to order the guy went to the other car who had gotten there way later than I did. Zero personality from the guy taking my order you can see the clear difference between their friends when they’re ordering and customers. To make matters worse one of the cars that was holding up the line who was friends/employees got their drinks in the drive thru and then parked their car and all of them walked out and came up to the Dutch store ? I have no idea who is managing this location but it’s honestly so messy. They all act and look like children. When I was at the window waiting for my drinks they were screaming and yelling inside and acting so immature. I support having fun at your job but when it starts affecting the business that’s when you should act more professional and do what you were trained to do during a rush and get the line down as smooth as possible. I’ve saved this location specifically so I know to never go here when I’m in Yuma.
