The eggs were perfect, the hash browns buttery and the Impossible sausage a major improvement over the former vegetarian sausage. The healthy pancakes were nearly identical to the regular buttermilk pancakes. My wife, who is pickier than I, liked the Impossible sausage and even tried my protein pancakes to positive reviews. Overall, a very satisfying breakfast (or at 2pm; lunch for the non-retired) which kept us full until well past dinner hour!
