The cafe is quite popular among the locals as they prefer to get food, meals, as well as drinks from this place. There are plenty of seating options, while a lot of nice decor across the cafe. Maira served us and did a great job in getting things to the table and serving with minimum delay between order placement and delivery. The coffees, hot chocolate, and matcha were also nice. They also have a decent variety of baked items as well. There is plenty of seating outdoors as well however only staff can assist seating over there. There are few paid parking spots outside the cafe on the main road. Any dietary restrictions can be applied formed to the order taking staff. Cellular and data connections are really bad across the entire area. They except payments by cash as well as card.

Unfortunately, I and have generally been disappointed at every visit. Every few years I think I'll give them another try, and always walk away regretting it. At my last visit (recently in the past month), it was a hot day and I ordered a lemonade. The flavor was good, but I was waiting in line for ten minutes to place the order (with at least one staff member present but not taking orders or making anything), ordered just the drink, paid $8(!!!!) plus rip, and waited another five minutes to receive it. It was okay, but for the time, size, and price, I should've walked to Crosby's and bought a bottle of simply lemonade. Also this month, a coworker ordered lunch and had to pop out of work to pick it up. Not only was it not done on time, but they left work to pick it up FOUR TIMES after it was supposed to be done and kept getting blown off! When it was finally done, didn't get an apology, untensils, or anything. Overall, my review is that this resteraunt is a bit overrated; definitely a place that tourists flock to, but the overall experience is always subpar. Doesn't feel like they respect the time of their customers (which is particularly upsetting when it is causing multiple interruptions to a workday UW to inaccurate pickup times). I can say with the utmost confidence that it was the best Cinnamon roll I'd ever had. it had me excited for the morning quesadilla that was on its way. the quesadilla was delivered with the check and a smile, the pico de Gallo was clearly fresh, fresh chives on top and perfectly ripe avocados. the eggs weren't overdone or dry, it was absolutely wonderful. both dishes and a water came out to a whopping $23.56 and they very much earned it plus tip. one of the best breakfast experiences I've had in several years and absolutely the best I've had in Massachusetts.
