来打卡啦，说实话真的味道很接近国内了，很好吃，土鸡汤特别的鲜，小笼包也不错，还有一个牛肉面真的是棒棒哒，小菜分量比较少，但很精致也很好吃！服务态度也很好，价位适中，好评～

这家“鼎泰丰”！口味一般，怎么会价格这么高，5个所谓的松茸黑豚小笼，要价24.5美元？我们三人点了三格小笼(一猪一虾肉一松茸共计二十五个)，二格烧卖(十个)一碗凉伴冷馄饨(九个或十个加辣油的)，一个冷盆糖醋小挑骨，一个炒素菜(小菠菜)，总计消费十税$117.00，加小费后平均吃了上面这些“按台湾和大陆定义的点心，注意不是饭食”，平均每人消费$45.00以上！我个人认为“鼎泰丰”定价太高又离谱！不知网友如何看待？敬请留言或指正！谢谢！

实际口味就是国内路边小店水平 吃的是装修 是逼格 是繁琐昂贵的服务

味道不错，就是每次等至少一个半到两个小时真的伤不起啊。

不要点他家的菜，上当了，鱼没有青花椒，鱼很少，上面几片，下面全是豆芽，蒸肉很咸，其它没有味道。而且份量非常少。

以前来吃过几次，还挺喜欢的，今天特意来吃的，但是感觉非常失望。菜品质量大不如从前，不知道是不是换了厨师。点菜的时候备注上写了少辣多麻，结果是白费劲了，厨师根本不理的，只是辣。伤心凉粉，土匪鸡，麻婆豆腐都是单纯的辣，不麻。没有全用四川辣椒，加了墨西哥辣椒。再说那个烧猪蹄，明显是用火烧的毛，皮都黑了，还很硬，没烧黑的地方皮也硬，造成不入味，所以这个猪蹄不香。土匪鸡表面巨辣，里面没入味。价格也很贵，不亲民。值得夸赞的是服务人员，小姑娘们主动热情有眼色，手脚麻利。除此之外，真的很失望。本来想给一星的，看在服务员哇不错的份上，给两颗星吧。

打包和现场吃的品质不一样，口水鸡打包里面都是鸡脖子，鸡的小翅膀等不好的部位的肉，而且份量也小，但是之前去现场吃，口水鸡是用的鸡腿肉，份量也比打包的多

和Vegas分店一样，已经完全变成东北家常菜了，一点川菜味都没有了。想吃川菜还是找别家吧，建议两家店早点转做其他菜系。不然每次菜一进嘴完全没有川菜味，让人非常失望。

Service was friendly and attentive, despite us not giving a tip when we paid cash at the counter when ordering (we tipped at the end of our meal). Instead of being able to order at the front, the waiter made us wait so he can take our order at the table as he stated we are all sitting together. Also means we can only split two bills instead of paying individually. SMH. I was going to give them 3 stars for this but the guy more then made it up with his spectacular service. He started off with getting all of us water and then kept refilling our sauce! The store could use some remodeling as a big part of the ceiling is peeling off. On to the food. I ordered combo A as it's 1/2 chicken compared to individual order which is 1/4 chicken according to the waiter but when comparing side by side we felt the individual order is more then a 1/4 but less then 1/2. Combo A is $2 more but you get fried peanuts and spicy cucumber salad and that's why I ordered that instead but after comparing, I would def order the individual size instead to get more Hainan chicken. The chicken is comparable to savoys but their green onion sauce is out of this world!!! So good! The rice is a bit on the harder side for me but with the green sauce over it, it just made everything taste good lol. The peanuts is good but I'm not really into mala and the cucumber salad is refreshing w a spicy kick. It also comes w chicken broth which was surprisingly healthy tasting. We were expecting msg but nope just light broth. Overall: this place is a bit far from where I live but if I'm ever in the area, I wouldn't mind coming back as the price was very reasonable and service was excellent and the green sauce was so good! 3.5 stars because of the poor store condition. If they fix their ceiling this would be a solid 4 stars!

I live in the neighborhood and have been here regularly now. Service is quick and straight forward and everything is made fresh. You can literally see the noodles being stretched out in the kitchen. My go to is the Lan noodle soup with beef with the wide flat noodles. The broth is clean but rich and flavorful. It comes with plenty of tender beef. The star of the show though are the wide flat noodles. They’re bouncy, chewy, and just have wonderful mouth feel. They soak up the broth exquisitely. They also go well with the dry chili oil. The cucumber salad is also really good. Their menu is pretty extensive in general and you can really get adventurous which is rare for a place outside SGV. Definitely recommend.

If there was one signature dish we always had to order, it was definitely the crispy salted pork feet. Beef Stew in Supreme Soup — $36. It was pricier than the pork feet, but the beef brisket came in huge, tender chunks. The skin and meat were stewed to perfection—super soft, flavorful, and didn’t get stuck in your teeth at all. I honestly thought this beef brisket totally beat any beef soup I’ve had anywhere else — both in flavor and portion size. First, most places use cuts that cook faster for quick service, but they usually aren’t as tender. This year we wanted to meet our friends again at this restaurant, but now it became Broadway Cuisine. I was a table of one and was able to sit down within 15 minutes compared to usual hour long wait. I got the HK style french toast, very sweet and more of a dessert but it was amazing nonetheless.
