The food was cold such that even the butter on the toast just sat in a glob. You can tell that they likely use those liquid eggs for omelets leaving it feeling rubbery. Then I found a hair in my omelet which was definitely not mine which is always a bit of a turn off on food. It happens but our server definitely didn't seem that bothered as if it happens every day. They did comp us for that particular dish. Like I said, it happens but still the combination with the cold and hair was not appealing. An aside: the men's restroom does not have a changing table which I think people need to know. Dads do change diapers and some babies do not have mothers so only having one in the women's restroom is a bit outdated. We know because my husband went to change our baby but couldn't.

We shared the pumpkin donuts holes with Carmel and cream sauces on the side. Nice not overly sweet treat. We ordered off the Fall menu. My son had the Maple Bacon crossiant sandwich with potatoes I got to try some of his sandwich he took part of the sandwich home ( he isn't a big eater). I've been here a few times and had no issues. Service has been decent and food is as good as any other Panera. The atmosphere inside is a little meh just because it's all just terminals for ordering and pickup shelves...but this will likely continue to be a trend as most places will hide the people and have uot interacting with computers and robots. :P 5 stars from me anyway

It has a casual, modern, refreshing atmosphere. I saw ppl working, dating, families, individuals, of all ages from kids to seniors. I about giggled like a kid on Christmas seeing the box for the first time. The staff in drive thru has always been so friendly and bright, its always a new experience when going through and ordering something. Although its not my favorite location in the Dublin area, its still a high quality place that I find myself always returning to after a long day at work, keep up the amazing work everyone!!!

I asked for a toasted sesame bagel. Before I could stop the person putting on the butter, she slathered so much butter on both sides of it, wrapped it and handed it down to the cashier. When I walked in, I smelled a mix of trash and the drying smell after you wiped down a table. This was not appetizing. The employees were nice, and my smoothing was good. i got the Greek yogurt pinapple mango smoothie. I came to this place because of the positive star review and most specifically, eggs Benedict, which is my favorite breakfast food and only get once a year on Mother’s Day. Before my complaint I want to say portion size was decent. The food, picture worthy. Now, This review is based solely on my Eggs Benedict. I ordered the classic. Which is supposed to be toasted English muffin, Canadian bacon (thick cut ham) poached egg and hollandaise sauce. 1. The egg yolk was solid, supposed to ooze when cut. 2. The sauce was overpowered with lemon juice. 3. The “Canadian bacon” was nothing but shaved lunchmeat ham. (I get thicker ham on an egg McMuffin at McDonalds. 4. The “English muffin” was half of an untoasted sub roll. REALLY!! To top it off, had a tomato slice on it. Not supposed to. If you are going to title it CLASSIC—then is should be classic. 4 ingredients—sauce, egg, ham, English muffin. My daughter said her soup and sandwich were delicious. the cheddar bacon cornbread was delicious. And FYI, yes, I paid for my meal because I ate it. Wasn’t what I wanted but still ate it. Too busy to send back “My food” Very dissatisfied Our server was awesome. Even though it appeared to be super busy and full lot we were sat right away. Service was prompt and wait for food was short. FYI—Almost 3 weeks later and no reply to review, so this place doesn’t care about reviews in order to better their establishment.
