I have only ordered breakfast and is usually perfect. I've had whopper jrs at a couple different locations recently and I have to say I have no idea why it seemed so different here. We ordered Whopper Jrs and asked for them to be dropped fresh, And ordered some fries and onion rings. The Jr whoppers tasted cold, no way were they fresh! The meat tasted like it was not cooked all the way thru. One of the worst burgers I've had in a long time. The onion rings were soggy and not good at all . The French fries were actually good. Not happy with this order at all. I am not sure if the guy at the window was new or has been there for awhile. I think he was pretty new from the way he talked. I should have read reviews first, we were looking for the whopper to taste really good. Disappointing and too late by the time we were able to handle the situation.. If I come back it will be awhile before thinking of it again!!!

The incident has been reported to the owner and corporate and neither have bothered to get back with me about it. I went to McDonald's to get a treat for my family and take part in the recently revived monopoly game. I ordered 2 ice cream cones, 4 apple pies, a large coke, and a smoothie. The drive through line was long and taking forever. I had enough time to order and pay in the line via the app to save time. I get to the speaker and they inform me that their oven is broken and they cannot provide any pies or cookies and they offered a milkshake to compensate me. I was not interested in a milkshake as compensation for the nearly 8 dollars worth of pies that totalled half of my order. I suggested nuggets. There was a long hold while the woman working the register checked with management regarding my request. When she returned I was informed the manager denied it because they're not a dessert item. I asked for my money for the pies to be refunded. I was told that has to be done in the app. She asked me to pull around to the 1st window for my receipt. By the time I arrived at the first window I had pulIed up the information in the app about refunds and how they have to be requested from the restaurant you ordered from directly. I asked to speak to the manager at the window. She came over with a bad attitude and was clearly unwilling to help and was stressed out over her drive through times. I showed her the information in the app that states that refunds need to be requested by contacting the restaurant directly. The manager then informs me that they can refund it but cannot refund just the pies. That they'll have to refund the entire order. I told her I was fine with that. That's when the story changed again. She told me the owner won't allow them to refund any mobile orders and I have to do that through the app. I again reiterated that there was no possible way to request a refund for my order in the app and showed it to her again. The employees, both with my husband and me on separate occasions, have been more inviting, speedy quick, and prepared our orders with accuracy. Just last night, I waited in the drive through for FIVE MINUTES. FIVE. That’s it. If you’ve ever been to this location, that’s at least 25 minutes less than the “average” wait time on a week night. I’m not sure what caused these positive changes to start, but I’m here for it. Keep up the good work, folks. It really does make a difference!

Their chai is hands down the best in our area by far, and I personally believe their acai bowl is better than any other place within hours from here. Coffee/espresso is always dead on; never burnt, never too acidic, and their seasonal flavors are always so much fun to try (I still dream of their Dubai White Chocolate one from a couple months ago to be honest). The food was ok it could have been prepared better a little messy and missing some of the ingredients. That’s not what my complaint is the cinnabon coffee it was full of coffee grounds. She asked if I would like something else and I told her no I would just take a refund for the coffee the lady working behind her said just drive around I’ll have it clean by the time you make it back around. We received our food after 30 minutes. They gave food to 2 different customers that ordered after us after they waited about 20 minutesand were visibly upset with the wait times too. They also told me girlfriend to be patient when she politely told them how long we have been waiting. Which was just communicated disrespectfully and we saw staff not doing anything.
