Portion sizes on salad are quite small. The picture is a southwestern salad with no meat, add extra lettuce. As you can see it's still rather small. Overall for the price it's not bad though. The restaurant has an upscale vibe. The hostess is great. Our waitress was giving tired. We got our food about 3 minutes before we got our silverware. As some reviews state, when you walk into the restaurant the smell of public or rest stop restrooms hits you directly. When you go to wash your hands the restrooms cleanliness and smell along with the flies are disgusting. So the flies that are flying throughout the dining area and kitchen are not from the outside but from the restrooms. Attached you will see a pic of the disgusting protein to the left attempting to fly out of my salad. Notice the 2big eyes. Could not upload the video of it struggling to fly out and escape the salad the kitchen manager prepared. When showing the Lady Kitchen Manager she reacted as if oh ok so what about it and I’ll make you another. And walked away before I could finish addressing the fat fly in my salad. Not due to anything but the amount of sheer business at the Madison location, the employees there are just as lovely as the Highland Colony ones, but they must do at least twice the volume because the drive thru line is always out the parking lot in Madison.

I love the seating area with comfortable chairs. The young lady who took my order never spoke and wasn’t very friendly. I was there around 10am, 11/11 for Veterans Day. I ordered the Bacon croissant meal as I rarely visit fast food restaurants. But it looked tasty! After ordering I walked away from counter. I waited about 5 minutes or longer for order although I was the only one who placed an order inside. The young lady who took my order did ask if I needed jelly. She also made a remark to another employee that the customers in drive through had been very rude; jerking bag from hand etc. Maybe this is why she behaved in unfriendly way towards me but another customers behavior has absolutely nothing to do with me! I didn’t feel welcomed nor was it a very pleasant experience. Those who own these facilities are unaware of how important customer service truly is when it comes to whether or not we return.
