The food was on the verge of being a 5/5 but they did not salt the fries. That would have brought it over the top for me. The burger was cooked well and not the best burger I've ever had but a step up from fast-food. To improve maybe consider adding more char or serving up smash burgers with that nice crust would have made it an allstar burger with the condiments and toppings. For the price it's reasonable but a few minor details and care would have made it exceptional. Pretty good.

And regarding the refund, im not too concerned about it because I know that in itself would probably be a whole process, but there needs to be procedure when events like this does happen, especially since it appears to be so common. On the window theres a sticker with the owners information. But what would they have me do, contact the owner about a $12 order. I think not.
