We stopped on our way to ValleyFair. The waffle fries are so flavorful & well-seasoned but not over seasoned. The chicken never disappoints that we finished eating it as we walked our way up to the park. The drive thru employees were very friendly. We were a little confused about exactly where to stop while waiting for the food at the pick up area. The lemonade 🍋 was like none I've ever had, so tasty. Not overly sweet and definitely not sour, it was perfect! Will definitely have to stop again. So happy to see a restaurant run by good people of faith thrive. The food is superb every time we visit!

That was disappointing enough, but then I could not find one table clean in the whole restaurant, and this was at 8:40 a.m. So the one lady that brought our food, who was exceptionally nice, went and told the tall guy with a black mustache( I beleive) to go wash the tables off. He wiped off two tables, TWO mind you!!! Never ever seen a chic Fila this rude and lazy. The only one nice was the girl working today. Will not come here again!!!

I've taken my kids to this place via drive through and more than once I've been treated as if I am getting free food vs a paying costumer and get this I called back to ask for a store manager and I was asked what for? I asked again to speak to a manager to report an incident, then I was told he was the manager, then I was asked if I was one of their employees on the phone!. I reported poor costumer service, saggy fries and no receipt, I was never told to come in and collect my receipt, I was still in the parking lot. Taking my money somewhere else.

Normally it works flawlessly, but today I had an issue where the location received the order, made it, and it was picked up by someone else. when my Dasher arrived, she was at a loss. She ended up withdrawing, but I called the location, and they were happy to remake my order on the spot, and an employee was even willing to drive it out to me, two towns over. Luckily another driver got auto assigned in the app, and it delivered with no more issues. They let me know on the phone that their own app tends to work better for ordering. If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband was ranting about the horrible quality the entire way home after this visit. After multiple past visits resulting in inaccurate orders - we tried Panera in Chanhassen again hoping to save time on our way home. It was a disaster. We ordered 2 kids Mac and cheese with milk and received no beverages. We ordered salads and got maybe 1 teaspoon of dressing for the salad. The smoothie wasn’t even blended all the way and still had full chunks of ice and banana, and they forgot our straw. We had no napkins, waited a while in the drive through, and paid $50 to miss a lot of our order.

After going to multiple starbucks over the past couple days, I found this one's service to be the most enjoyable !!
I ordered a pink drink with 2 pumps of mocha ans sweet cold foam on top. The lovely lady taking my order asked if I wanted the mocha stirred in with the drink or on top with the cold foam, which was very considerate and made the service much better than all the other ones I went to.
Overall, the service was great, and the drink came out beautifully, and was delicious !! 10/10 !! Very enjoyable.

I'm not paying $7 for a hazelnut macchiato or latte when it's supposed to be caramel. To not even offer a small discount for forcing a different flavor on your customers is terrible customer service.

Congrsts to the staff for their attention to detail, going "extra mile" work ethic, and willing to serve their customers from their hearts, and not just by their hands.
What am I so inpressed about, you ask?
1. This in only McDonalds which serves "oat meal", with; "raisins" and "diced apples", already added to the bowl. Rather than handing you each indredient in a bag.
2. When you order hot tea, they will put "tea bag" in the tea for you, rather than handing you hot water and tea bag separatly.

We stopped by this Caribou Coffee shop location last weekend, while we were visiting the Minneapolis area. We noticed that they are many location of this Coffee franchise in the local area, so we wanted to see what everyone is raving about.

The food here is amazing. I wish the service matched. We had to flag down the server a couple of times when we needed something including beverage refills and the check. Another server bumped our table everyone she went past.
