We ordered the Teriyaki beef to start out with. I thought it was really tough and chewy, but it was packed with flavor. For the lunch meals, you get fried rice and a choice of egg roll or soup. I chose egg drop soup and thought it delicious. The soup had a slight beef flavor.  For my meal, I got Sweet and Sour Chicken. I thought the batter on the chicken was light and crispy. The fried rice was bland, and the sauce was your typical sweet and sour. My Dad got General Tso’s Chicken and thought it was okay. My Mom got Hunan Beef and thought it was okay but it was super greasy. Overall, I was disappointed and really wanted to like this place. It was still good but not the best.

The food is very reasonably priced, especially for 2025, and the service and atmosphere is great. I got all of the food pictured for around $17 and it was too much to finish. 作为一名中国人我发觉这个地方里面的食物，真的不知道去哪里垃圾堆里面捡出来的这个炒锅肯定是哪里不知道哪里脑残请来的炒锅东西煮的太他妈的很难吃前台的服务员好像别人欠他钱一样，每天板着脸服务态度又差。强烈建议所有人不要在这家店里面吃东西，真的很难吃。

I came in around 2:30pm got the lunch special. For what you get , a drink , a soup and entree , this is a great choice for quick Asian fare , my lunch after tip was under $15. Now service the service was terrible the waitress who served us was in a hurry to do something else. every time we asked for napkins, or anything she would respond let me check, and leave for more than 10 minutes, the other lady that we asked for napkins because our waitress was gone so long, only barely gave us three papers, then when my mom finally asked for the third time she gave more. We had to leave the place with out giving any tip. The food, sanitation, and service was our worst first experience there. But that's okay it will be our last, we will continue to dine out at other places anywhere but here. And we definitely won't recommend this place to anyone. It has a clean broth that has a lot of body in itself but they also provide toppings such as hoisin, sriracha, and chili oil to adjust to your preference. If you don't like it, it may be your fault. The spring rolls have a great chew due to the rice paper, a nice bouncy texture, and the noodles inside act as a mop when dipping into their peanut sauce. It is a fantastic binary solution in which the roll provides substance and the sauce provides moisture and flavour. The vermicelli bowl was something I wanted to try after seeing it online. Would definetly recommend dousing it in the provided fish sauce as it adds a sweet and savory flavour. The crushed peanuts, meat, chopped eggrolls, noodles, and pickled/fresh vegetables create an amazing texture experience. Do not sleep on this dish! It is one I would recommend everyone to try at least once. Finally, the thai tea was fantastic. As a pakistani-american, the flavour of the tea itself reminds me of chai, but in a whole new context! Thai tea seems to have less milk, more sugar, and is served cold. It's a great contrast with hot pho and I would definetly get it again. With that, there's only two more things I feel I need to comment on. The service and the price. The service at Bida Saigon is incredible in it's speed, efficiency, and care. I never ran out of water and we were tended to immediately as we sat down. More so, the food came out at an incredible speed! (Must have been under 5 minutes?) To top it off, the prices are fantastic. In an age where even fast food is getting more and more expensive, it begs the question why you wouldn't just come to a nice local spot like Bida Saigon and enjoy their delicious food. Their menu is huge so every time you go you can order a tons of different items. The background music is calm and fun to listen to.

This is my wife's favorite place to get their pork dumplings and spicy tuna roll. We ordered the 2 egg rolls, pork dumplings, Philly roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, The Tuna Mikata Roll and the Beef and Chicken Hibachi with the house salad covered in ginger dressing. I can say this with confidence that their egg rolls and pork dumplings are probably the best I've ever had and we consistently order these items at every Japanese restaurant we visit so that says a lot. The sushi rolls were also very good, but the spicy tuna roll stood out to me personally as being extremely good. I don't normally order spicy tuna rolls as that is my wife's favorite, but she also insists that I try it every time we go out. After trying it I told her that I could order that for myself because it was that good. The actual tuna by itself was incredible, I wanna say that it had been marinated in something. The hibachi was good, but a little overly sweet in my opinion. It seemed like everything from the actual hibachi dish and even the shrimp sauce just had a little too much sugar. However, this did not slow me down and after adding their homemade hot sauce to the plate it was awesome. Also their hot sauce was on point, excellent flavor and actually spicy could definitely tell it made by the restaurant. Not pictured is the salad as I ate it so fast and then realized that I didn't snap a photo of it, but it was great no complaints at all. The service was top notch it felt like everyone in the restaurant from hostess, wait staff, and even cooks were all being attentive to customers. Like I said I've eaten here many times and will continue to keep coming for years to come.

I didn't try the sushi but I got the sesame chicken dinner combo and it came with fried rice and an egg roll for $8.95. It was a lot of food and I couldn't finish it all. Unfortunately, they hadn't put the lid on completely so half of it spilled out in the bag when taking the container out, leaving a layer of oil over everything. The restaurant wasn't too busy since it was around 3:30PM. We ordered LA galbi to share between my husband and I. Our daughter had the beef bulgogi kids meal. We also ordered beef Gimbap and garlic soy chicken wings. The LA galbi was soooo good! It was smokey and tender. The gimbab was good with plenty of fillings (beef, sautéed spinach, pickled radish, cucumbers and eggs). The chicken wings were crispy and sweet and salty and garlicky. The beef bulgogi was good too, of course. We were given kimchi, radish kimchi, marinated potato and seasoned bean sprouts as our Banchan (side dishes) and they were so fresh tasting. Definitely great paired with the LA galbi. The service was great. Our server (I didn't catch his name) was very attentive. The restaurant was clean and beautiful. The music was a bit loud but we were still able to hear each other talk. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back!

The rest of our party arrived shortly after and our waitress proceeded to take our orders. When the chef started preparing the meal about 10 minutes later, we realized we never got our soups, salads, or the drinks we ordered 15 minutes prior. Our server was nowhere to be found, so we had to let another server know about the missing items. We overlooked this again since it was quite busy. When the chef began to prepare the food, he realized she forgot to put in my mom’s order for the shared plate. Once again, we blamed it on how busy it was. Unfortunately, there was no apology or accountability from the server. When it was time for the checks, the server asked us how we wanted to do them. My mom said that she was going to pay for my sisters and I, to which the waitress responded, “Are you sure?” At this point we are feeling insulted and disrespected — whether or not the server meant it in that way. This was honestly the most disappointing experience we’ve had at this location, especially for how much we have spent there over the years. We drove 2 hours to celebrate her birthday and we were let down by the service. For the purpose of this review, I am going to withhold this server’s name out of respect.
