Overall, I was super happy with my lunch here. Everything is done in a tad smaller batches than most places to reduce waste but also keep things fresh & not get dried out. The salt and pepper shrimp were perfect! All the veggies were great and not too oily. I do wish they had just a basic crunchy roll on the sushi portion, but I'm just not big on salmon, which was most of the options. All the fruit was super fresh and delicious. Managing a buffet these days is likely hard with food costs and the economy. The food at Hunan was better than the mega sushi monstrosity down the road. My only complaint is that they charged my 9 year old full price for a buffet and didn't have a kids price. So I left my order there and I called my back to have the transaction refunded. I did taste the rice and it was fine.

We were in BR over night. Passing through. You gonna charge people that much you could easily hire someone to check the quality of your food before you send it out. It has a pretty good deal for a lunch buffet. At $6.95 it's and pretty good deal a drink is extra. I want to stop back by for dinner time and just order and regular item because the food was cooked well just wanted more choices for a buffet. I will give an updated review after I go for dinner.
