Later we guessed it must've been the saffron. Too much Saffron to be exact, which gave the dish that chemical taste. Our palates just couldn't take it. May need to tweek this combination. We ordered the waffles with strawberries, candied banana and chocolate ice cream, hoping it will get rid of the naphthalene taste in our mouth and also get to eat some crunchy waffle. Wrong again. In 2025 it was ranked as the 4th best coffee cafe in the world by a publication. This was my first visit to the cafe and I was able to get a table after a 5-10 mins wait. I wanted to try as many coffees, and therefore ended up ordering the cold-drip flight which comprised 3 small cold-drips coffees of 3 different beans (their monthly highlight). You can also order the espresso, long black or pour over version of the same flight. I think ordering the flight is best way to experience of what this place has to offer. Also ordered a few food items. Absolutely loved the Tamarind Eggplant Omelette and the Harissa Eggs. Would definitely recommend trying these 2 dishes. Service was quite decent, and the servers were very responsive in listening to us and with their recommendations. Overall, a brilliant cafe with excellent coffee. A 100% recommendation

Very friendly greeting at the counter when I approached to order and was asked if I was dining in Or taking away? After establishing I was dining in I was seated at a Table to proved table water and asked my coffee order and given a menu. Short wait and my ordered was taken. On this occasion I ordered poached eggs on sourdough and as I can’t go past a hash brown that was a side must. I also ordered a cold pressed juice of beetroot, carrot, apple. The coffee (long black) arrived a few mins before my meal which is a curious phenomenon these days, must be tricky to hit the table at the same time as the breakfast, there were signs of grinds in the surface but the flavour was smooth yet bold. The breakfast: Was of a Deconstructed style whereby the sachets of butter we’re sitting on the sourdough with the poached eggs to the side and a very large Hash Brown (they call it a potato hash) to the side with a little saucer on top of it with relish. After self preparing the sourdough with butter and placing the poached eggs on top, the eggs were cooked perfectly and after slicing up across the sourdough and Seasoning with salt and pepper had delicious flavour. I do note that the sourdough had slightly cooled through the deconstructed process bing in there however it passed. The hash brown was delicious and the highlight. Felt home made light and fluffy potato with the perfect crunch and light oily taste on the outside.. I did not use the relish as the flavour without was just on point. The juice I suspect was poured out of a packaged product but tasted good and refreshing in a tall glass with ice. The Rating - I would give Rustica a 4.3 out of 5, couple minor tweaks to get to a 5 but all in all a very good establishment for a morning breakfast.

外表看起来就很工业风格，内部装饰也保持着同样的风格，桌椅数量较多但间隔不大，不过倒是不影响人员走动。 想点在点评看的玫瑰西瓜，但好像没有了，就点了水果+谷物，水果除西瓜外都很好，新鲜甜美，但西瓜的切片就比较硬了而且发酸。谷物更是不软也不脆，吃起来很难受。倒是西瓜上面的咖啡泡味道不错，也算有新意。 朋友说炸鸡汉堡不好吃，我看炸鸡的颜色偏深，可能炸的过了。我这份牛肉倒还不错，并且也有咖啡的风格融入。 咖啡我喝不太出来，餐单看起来倒是专业，点了一杯勉强能喝出一些特别的风味。不过服务员有时候会忘单。

餐厅所在位置不算很好，但交通还算方便，下了无轨电车步行两三分钟就可以到达，餐厅这条街好多涂鸦墙，超有感……下面来说说菜品，很精致，也很好吃啊……还在回味当中。

We both work in hospitality and this can not be an approach to your guests. We thanked and left accordingly.
