Our favorite dim sum place in SCV. While their xiao long bao (soup dumplings) has a sour after taste, we like their shrimp hargaw, shao mai and spicy dumplings. The noodle soups are great, too, and is huge and one order can be easily shared by 4 people.

Passing through SGV and stopped at this unassuming, quick-service dim sum restaurant. The menu, ordering, and pay is done through the website which makes service more efficient.
overall food was delicious. The dumplings and bao had a nice consistent flavor. The walnut shrimp was not the standard butterfly shrimp but still had a decent flavor to it.

Exceptional Chinese food, puts my beloved Panda Express to shame. While portions are a little bit smaller than other places, the taste is like Ratatouille… almost transformational; perhaps the best Chinese cuisine restaurant in the SCV. The lunch specials are a great deal! Best cream cheese ragoon that I’ve ever had.

While the food is very good, it was pissing me off that we have to order only through the bar code menu. If they don’t want to properly serve us then why then they want the full blown tip? We tried to ordered through the app and it was very long and frustrating since the app was refusing to accept my credit card. So I replaced my order several times.
The food was very good though, hot and delicious, but the chairs are worn out completely. They are very uncomfortable. It was a feeling that I have been sitting in the whole in some outside toilet somewhere in the countryside not in a dim sum restaurant. The overall feeling is between 2.5 to 3 stars despite the food was very good.

What a delicious lunch we had! Craving for dumplings, we tried a spot we haven't tried before with One Bite Dumpling, and it definitely hits the spot.
One Bite Dumpling certainly won't feel out of place if it was in the middle. Of San Gabriel Valley, with its authentic dumplings like Pork Xiao Long Bao. We ordered those as well as BBQ Pork Buns, Pan Friend Pork Buns, Sautéed String Beans with Garlic, and Singapore style Vermicelli.
Starting with the Xiao Long Bao, this quintessential soup dumpling comes with piping hot soup and savory pork that is delicious and pairs well with chili oil. You get 8 bite-size deliciousness.
The Pan-fried Pork is definitely my favorite out of what we ordered. There is that great blend of crispness, slight char, and delicious savory filling. And I can't get enough of the chili oil for this, too!
The sautéed string beans compliment the dumplings very well and if you're not getting rice or noodles, it's perfect.
The Singapore style vermicelli is probably the one that least excite us, as it is fairly one note. It is still good, but not compared to the rest of the order.
The staff are friendly and jeeps a goodneyebin taking care of us. Ordering is quick and easy through their online order, too. Love the decor of the paintings on the wall depicting the various Hong Kong and Chinese cuisine.

So, I went in with my family to have an evening dinner. I've been here before, and the food is always great. My experience this time was less than welcoming. One server, and she was the just all over the place. Taking our orders took a while. We had our 11 month old with us and as HOT plates came in she thought it be great to set them now near or around the baby I had to personally grab some from her and place them more to the center of our table. Trying to even get her attention was a chore, and I even got up myself to grab some napkins and utensils. The food was great, but I can't lie there, but service needs help. Almost felt I should've stepped in and started serving other patrons that started coming in. Other than that, next time, we will order Togo. FYI order a head of time they do take a min.

I had high hopes for this place! Reviews that I read seemed to be very positive, especially about the food. My experience was not good. First, the place was dirty, bathrooms looked like a truck-stop and my overall impression was YUCK! I should have turned around and walked out however, I ordered online and didn’t want the place to be left holding the bag of my food! Drove back to my hotel, hoping reviews about the FOOD were going to be correct. Not the case!! Nothing about what I ordered was “good.” Mildly edible and in some cases just tossed in the trash. I hate to be so negative about an independent business but, come on!!! Food prices are high, the least you could do as put out really tasty, fresh food and finally . . . Clean the place up!!!

Today, Sunday August 11th we decided to try this restaurant out (it has been a couple years since we came) And seriously the service is a joke! But let's start off with the food, the food was decent. Can't complain, but the waitress there was horrible. I don't know if she was new or what but in our party of four we had a baby (10 months old), she spilled water and we did not get extra napkins and the waitress did not offer assistance, (mind you the restaurant was not busy) , secondly, she would stand there with the plates and either hand them to my partner or place them (HOT) right in front of the baby, we had to constantly try many times to get her attention and she would walk off , do something else, and finally come to us. With so many generic Chinese Food restaurants all over town...all over every town really, we found Mandarin Wong, albeit in a mostly non-descript atmosphere, to be among the better options in terms of the actual food!
They had plenty for vegetarians including "Lemon Tofu" which we hadn't had any kind of version of since before we were vegetarians. It tasted just like we remembered, albeit with tofu instead of chicken or beef.
We also had veggie egg rolls (good), and Fried Rice as an upgrade to the rice that came with the food we ordered. (It's a basic fried rice with no vegetables in it but it tasted good.)
My wife was happy with her "Buddha's Feast" which came with a generous amount of tofu and vegetables, and the egg flower soup she ordered was swimming with a generous amount of eggs and tasted good too.
We appreciate a place that has many vegetarian options and thought, among the vast array of Chinese Food options nearby or anywhere, Mandarin Wong is a good go-to for basic Chinese food offerings that we would happily try again.

The meal was generally enjoyable, and the “three delights”were excellent. However, the orange chicken had a different taste that was not enjoyed. Ordered the tortellini zucca. It was fabulous! The sauce was a great mix of creamy with a Parmesan zing to it. At first it seemed that it was a small dish, with only 6 two-bite sized tortellini. But by the time I got to the last one I had been proven wrong. The serving was just right. The tortellini were cooked to perfection and the pumpkin filling matched perfectly with the sauce. The filling was not overpowering but had just the right amount of flavor to complement the dish.
We tried several desserts. Cannoli, crème brûlée (from the specials menu) and pana cotta. Cannoli was excellent. I was disappointed with the brûlée as it was more jello consistency than crème and I couldn’t taste any vanilla within it. At the very bottom of the brûlée I could see vanilla bean seeds, but even scooping those up it was somewhat flavorless. It’s a bummer since crème brûlée is my absolute favorite desert and with the prior food for the evening I had high hopes. The pana cotta was ok. Nothing to write home about but not bad.
The service was excellent! Even though the restaurant was quite crowded, we were never left waiting. We ordered a bottle of water. It was the half liter size and after the initial pour, he left it at our table. However, our server dropped by frequently to fill our glasses as opposed to just letting us fill our own.
I will definitely be returning the Picolla and recommend it highly!

Tough call between 3 and 4 stars.
Piccolo Osteria in Valencia has a nice ambiance that immediately catches your attention. The place is fresh, clean, and new, featuring a large bar and around 50 tables inside. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and inviting atmosphere. The hosting staff were welcoming and friendly, making a good first impression.
However, our experience with the waitress was less than ideal. She seemed to rush us through our meal, pushing for food orders too quickly, which made the dining experience feel a bit hurried.
As for the food, it was good but not outstanding. I had the salmon, which was prepared well, but it felt like something I could easily make at home. My wife's angel hair pasta was in the same category—decent but nothing extraordinary.
Overall, Piccolo Osteria offers a pleasant dining environment and decent food, but it didn't leave me particularly impressed. It was a nice experience, but not one that I'd rave about.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at your establishment and wanted to share some feedback on my experience. While there were certain aspects of the meal that were enjoyable, there are several areas that I believe require improvement.
Starting with the steak, I found it to be quite disappointing. The meat quality was subpar, resembling a semi-boiled piece with no discernible aroma. It seemed as though the chef may not have had experience with a well-prepared steak. I would recommend exploring the methods used by the chefs at Bourbon Steak or those trained under Gordon Ramsay to truly understand what makes a great steak.
The fish was another letdown. It was overcooked and lacked any aroma. The spices were merely sprinkled on the surface, leaving the inside a bland, mushy mass. This imbalance in flavor and texture suggests a need for better seasoning techniques and an understanding of proper cooking times.
On a more positive note, the grilled vegetables were acceptable, though not outstanding. The Caesar salad, however, had an overbearing amount of onion powder which detracted from the overall taste. The Caprese salad was merely passable; the mozzarella was of low quality and the tomatoes had an unnatural, plastic-like taste.
The Margherita pizza was particularly disappointing. It did not resemble a traditional Margherita pizza, tasting more like tomato paste on bread with poor-quality cheese. This dish needs significant improvement to meet the expectations of those familiar with authentic Italian cuisine.
However, I would like to commend the quality of the fresh bread. It was fantastic and provided a delightful start to the meal.
Overall, my dining experience at Piccola Osteria was mixed. While there were some enjoyable elements, many dishes fell short of expectations. I encourage your team to invest time in learning and perfecting authentic recipes to avoid presenting what might be perceived as counterfeit plates.

Italian food is kind of our go-to when we want to feel indulgent. Piccola Osteria fit this bill for date night and we were super happy with our experience and the food. We've also been to their other location and appreciated the more modern feel to this spot (and we actually liked the food better too.
We started with the soup of the day which was a Maize Corn Soup...this was truly fantastic in flavor and texture. A corn based soup done exactly right.
I had the Spinach Ravioli which came with a generous portion on the plate, topped with tomato sauce and I was absolutely not hungry after finishing it.
My wife and I also shared the Allegra salad...it was beautifully presented (actually everything was really well plated which allowed the feast to start with our eyes before we even picked up our forks.)
I think there was a newer staff member helping so our bread came kind of later than we wanted but it was worth the wait...house made and delicious with the oil and balsamic it was served with (just like back in the motherland.)
We'd definitely come back here. The atmosphere was to our taste (again over the more traditional feel of their other location), the food was beautiful and delicious, and, as vegetarians, we had plenty to choose from.

The crowd waiting outside is a testament to how good this place is. Because there is plenty of seating, our wait was not long. The largest variety of omelets I’ve ever seen. It was so hard to choose. The biscotti that comes with the lattes are so good! We loved this spot so much, we went back a second time while visiting Santa Clarita. Very classy place very spacious on the inside though it looks small on the outside. They had jazz music playing in the background and you have a coffee bar as well they serve lattes and espressos. After many was all omelettes you have 101 different choices including peanut butter and strawberry that'll be interesting to try. well as other items not just some unless they do have other food items on the menu.
The staff was very friendly and tentative.
I ordered the artichoke sausage zucchini omelette something I've never tried before. The egg was well balanced in flavor, fluffy, no salt, And butter. The artichoke was hearty, slight vinegar tast like out of a jar. The sausage was a little light on The taste was not strong or overpowering had a nice balance to it. The zucchini was soft in the middle crunchy had a refreshing taste overall.
I was very disappointed with the hash browns. It was overcooked, I could barely chew on it. I did not eat the rest.
Also tried their premium crab omelet which consists of blue crab stuffed in a omelette which they were very gracious with the portions it was well balanced buttery the egg was consistent. I will be coming back to try other items and will update accordingly.

I'm a bit surprised by this place. The breakfast is amazing like my family states. It's better than IHOP or Denny's breakfast guaranteed you will enjoy it. The only reason I rated 4 star is because it's a small cozy establishment and in my bias opinion I am currently just for more open spaces. So many options! They have 101 omelettes plus lots of other options. I had the veggie quiche and it was delicious. I couldn’t believe how big it was! Very tasty and full of veggies. I loved that the side of fruit included strawberries and bananas and not just melon. I also tried the vanilla latte and it was very good. We arrived around 9:15 on a Sunday morning and there were a few people waiting for an inside seat but we were seated outside immediately and although it was a little chilly outside they do have heaters that made it enjoyable to sit outside. The service was excellent and the wait staff were friendly and engaging. There seemed to be plenty of parking available in the front and back of the restaurant.

Yummy breakfast at Egg Plantation in Santa Clarita! Such a cute ambiance and they have a great dog friendly outdoor patio with lots of shade and even water vapor so you don’t feel too hot in the summer heat. We enjoyed the iced cafe mocha and cranmosa for beverages. We were feeling crabby so had to try the crab Benedict and premium crab omelette, which did not disappoint. Honestly I think it was the best crab Benedict I’ve ever had. Incredible they have 101 omelette choices on the menu! Very friendly and accommodating staff with quick service. Recommend!

Decided to go eat breakfast as a family so it was about 6 of us. It did take about 25 mins to be seated since it was a busy morning and a big party. There are cute little shops next door that you can check out while you wait. My sister has a gluten allergy so it was nice to see that they had gluten free bread as an option (very hard to find). The food was delicious and the portions were very big! I ordered a vanilla latte and you could see the bits of vanilla bean which made it taste even better.

Piccola is by far a Treasure!
This is an Italian Family business, husband & wife, etc. It's a Modern, classy, Italian spot, affordably priced.
The food at Piccola is one of those places that reminds me of cooking for close friends & family at a home holiday, something over the top, special occasion type dishes.
Service: If I could give them 10 stars, I would. A very meticulous Team, working in unison.
The kitchen staff is by far one of the best! Attention to detail, refined side dishes. This place, the food and all the staff deserve a Michelin Star!
Food: No other Italian place within 50 miles compares. It's worth the drive from Westlake Village, West LA, SFV, Bay Cities, Malibu, etc. AND Piccola Trattoria puts those spots like Nonna and Basta to shame.
The food in general is very clean, not oily or greasy at all. Just the right amount of salt, and no overburdeny oregano either.
The meat they use to make their sauces is lean, so the final result is not fatty.
The dough in the pizza was fresh made through fermentation, not store bought yeast.
The desserts were savory, not overly sweet or loaded with sugar. They were divine.
The meat dishes were cooked to perfection and to your liking, the lamb chops, osso bucco, ribeye.
Some of my favs:
1. Pizza w/ mushroom & prosciutto. I think they use Mozz & Sharp Provalone cheese. Yum.
2. The Baby Rack of Lamb Chops medium rare. Omg, tender and juicy. No funky game taste at all. Sauce on the side, so you can dip.
3. Ribeye cooked Medium. Savory, tangy, filling.
4. Get a cannoli! You'll thank me later. Light/flaky shell, perfect savory filling.
5. Oh, the Tartufo Classico was my favorite dessert.
Prices are Affordable. I feel like you could easily get a meat dish at this place for much less than the price of a pasta dish or even a pizza at other Italian places. Piccola's menu is evenly balanced between meat dishes, seafood, pasta and pizzas. It's a good, well-rounded assortment that aims to please.
Atmosphere is elegant, call it business casual. It's a great date spot, or a place you would bring your closest adult relatives. Kids welcome too!
But by no means is this any kind of NY hole in the wall spaghetti with meatballs joint. It's more sophisticated than that.
December 2024 Parking is $6 valet, or some street parking is available.
If you're a first-generation Italian to the United states, or your parents are straight out of Italy, this is definitely the spot for you!
Piccola T is exceptionally great food, at an affordable price, with great service.
Honestly, dinner for FIVE people came out to around $300 WITH Wine, shareable appetizers, desserts (plural), 1st and 2nd courses. Good Luck trying to get those prices in Westlake, Malibu, or the West side. I feel like I got my money's worth at this place, and everyone at the table was definitely satisfied, felt full, and we all had a very delicious and enjoyable meal. AND we had leftovers to bring home.
I came here once in 2018, and because of the pandemic and other reasons, couldn't get back until just now. But I will definitely visiting here more often for sure!
Please give this place a try if you're looking for good Italian food at Great prices, without the hype. And please tell them I sent you. Cheers!

Piccola is definitely the best Italian restaurant in Santa Clarita. The food is always fresh and consistent quality. Service is great and a very inviting dining atmosphere.
Tonight we started with the Parma Prosciutto with Pecorino Toscano and Caramelized Figs. Definitely recommend as a light starter.
For the main course we had the truffle pasta special and the swordfish. Both were outstanding.
Dessert was the apple atop puff pastry served with ice cream and I had an espresso to cap the evening. Great service, great food, and a wonderful date night.

Came here. Spent over $300. The ravioli was 100% frozen and the shrimp was over cooked. Then the entire restaurant started closing up, cleaning up, turned off the music and put up all the chairs around 8:30pm. We had half a bottle of wine left and it was incredibly uncomfortable. We were forced to leave when they propped open the door directly next to our table on one of the coldest nights of this year (11/16/25) and started emptying trash. We left the last of our $50 bottle on the table and took the hint to leave BEFORE 9pm. I am so embarrassed that I recommended this place and I am so annoyed that we paid so much money for frozen food. OH and totally raw dough in the dessert. Not molten. Raw dough. Go anywhere else.

We loved all the appetizers we had - calamari, mussels and eggplant parmigiana. They’re all amazingly delicious! The lamb was fabulous as well. Lasagna and pepperoni pizza were ok. The NY steak was disappointing. We ordered medium rare but it came out medium (too cooked for our liking) and was “swimming” in balsamic sauce, but appreciate the generous serving of arugula salad.
We dined to celebrate my husband and daughter’s birthday, there was complimentary cannoli with birthday candle. That was a sweet touch!
Service was amazing and all the waiters are attentive.

Nice restaurant inside and it would be good for a date night. Friendly service. Great presentation. Not the best Italian I have ever had, but it wasn't bad at all.
I had the pumpkin and ricotta ravioli and it was a bit bland to me. A little pepper and a dash of salt helped it a bit. My wife had the bolognese and it was better. Next time, I will try the ossobucco, a rack of lamb or veal.
We had a cannoli for dessert, and we could not break it with the dessert spoon we were given, but it tasted good.
I would say to give it a try and see for yourself. I miss my old Italian place in North Hollywood called Spumante.

This Italian restaurant makes me yearn for my hometown in central NY! Authentic feeling with a very full menu to choose from. We ate in the bar area on a very busy Saturday evening. My husband had a beautiful plate of linguine and clams, the flavor was distinct and excellent. I had the lobster half-moon ravioli in a really nice butter sauce. The spinach salad was also quite good. Special mention of the warm bread with traditional olive oil & balsamic available for dipping. All the food was served at the right temperature, service was truly excellent, from the valet, to the hostess to the bartenders and servers. Yes, it looks good, but we got food poisoning. This is not the first time I was here. This time, we got there a lil late and were told that the kitchen was closed. It was past 10:10p.m., and the only option we had was sushi or open bar. Cooked lobster/ crab roll wasn't bad. But to also start off, there was only one table left when we came in. It was very busy (went on a Thursday night) beautiful fountain though.

We had good food our first time dining in at Wolf Creek after a good experience getting a couple of pizzas delivered. Both my son and I had a Roma Tomato-Basil pizza...wood-fired with a unique crust that is light and tasty albeit not traditional in its texture. These were good though the tomatoes on top presented the cheese from cooking as long as I would have preferred. (I dig the brown spots on not well-done, but done enough cheese pies.)
The bread and olive tapenade that came with the meal were definitely tasty.
They've got a great selection of house-brewed beers and I enjoyed the impressively tall glass that my Howlin' Hefeweizen came in. This was a good, light, wheat beer that could hold its own with any wheat beers out there.
The service was good too...I don't think our server could have smiled any more than he did.
There are a slew of vegetarian items to choose from including a portobello mushroom burger, Brussels, a Caprese sandwich, portobello fries, and more. They also have some gluten free items and are nice enough, at least on their website, to call out these items for anyone with those diets to quickly see if it's the right place for them.

The portions are really good and the pricing is decent as well. The NY cheesecake is great as well, great price for a huge portion. One thing to top it all off was the waiter! The ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and spinach was easily one of the best I’ve had in Santa Clarita: juicy, flavorful, cooked to perfection. The chicken brie wrap with fries was just as impressive. Crispy, flavorful fries and a wrap packed with taste.

Not gonna lie this place is fantastic. I’m not one to give 5 stars seriously but from the front door to the check this place hit every target I expect when I go out to eat. The staff is pleasant the food was amazing from the bread (more of a popover) to the salads (I had the California Orange salad) to the Arnold Palmer to the check. It was wonderful. It was super busy and the food just kept coming out of the kitchen like clockwork it was very impressive. Not sure but I think even the owner was delivering food. Loved it, definitely recommend going and I will be back to try everything on the menu (not all at once of course).

Broccolini woody and tough, Small dice roasted potatoes were dry and sparingly portioned. Steak knives were dull and too small ergonomically. 3 pieces of tasty housemade focaccia bread and compound butter for $13 is obsurd. I get inflation, but their Wedge Salad which is exceptional went from $15 to 21 in 2 years. Asparagus and mashed potato were perfect. Staff very friendly but inefficient. After finishing, plates sat for way too long until finally removed after we moved them to edge of table. Overall good like any decent eatery should and used to be, but with Manhatten prices in the SCV.

Ordered orange chicken (ridiculously sweet. It was bright red not even orange so you know it's artificial). Got the Mongolian beef (way too soggy, lack of any flavor). The food here at Moon Wok was serviceable, okay, with plenty of options for us vegetarians...but nothing really wowed us in terms of flavor or presentation.
We had Tofu in Brown Sauce, which was fine, and Fried Rice which also was fine but didn't have a whole lot of flavor to it.

Traveling through Valencia and wanted to find a comfy, local brunch place - Nealie's was exactly what we were looking for! Conveniently right off the highway too. I've been getting my thai food here religiously for the past year and until yesterday I got the worse service and the saddest part was the bland pad thai and the extra sweet and super spicy kee mow. Now this plaza doesn't have the best parking conditions and on that day there was zero parking. I ended up calling to see if someone can bring it out to me and the lady literally told me to just leave my car there. I explained I had two kids and still brushed me off. Thankfully the liquor store owner, she was leaving and flagged me to her spot. So I walked over with my two babies and she gave me a huge bag with 5 noodle dishes total and offered no help. Service here is excellent as is their food. Ordered #15 Honey Walnut Shrimp to dine in. The Chow Mein and Rice were great, but the Shrimp and Walnuts were Superb! Walking in to this location, maannnn was it busy I guess there was a rush or something. But as soon as we walk in we got greeted, wait a few minutes not even a lot got helped and serve in good amount of time even though it was BUSY. I was Searching for a noodle/ramen spot in Santa Clarita, the ones I’ve been to have been hit or miss but this spot is very good. The gentleman taking our order was so helpful being first time customers. He made recommendation and was very good at communicating the dishes on the menu. I tried The hot & zesty and it was delicious. The flavor was on point. It had lemon and a hint of fish flavor with veggies.

First, why 4 stars, what was wrong? Well, lemme say this. Had I ONLY got noodles/broth it'd be an enthusiastic 5 star but we got more food. The shrimp tempura was cold and stiff, stale. It was made WAY in advance of me picking my order up. Also, the seaweed salad was overly gooey. Yes, it's a seaweed salad and there is an allowance for slime but, there's also an expectation and this falls short. Again, clearly made well in advance, I assume standard ops for pick-up orders. Having pointed out the problems I will update if we eat in and I give these items another chance. Now, the good. Wow, the Sen Street Curry Bowl was fantastic. I got Udon noodles with pork but you could fill the bowl with a 10 year old, well used hiking boot and it'd taste good. Outrageously good. Wife also had the Street curry with Rice noodles and chicken. Also superb. I will dine in AND order takeout from here. The high ratings/reviews are valid. They just need to clean up the fresh factor on the items I mentioned. Lastly, the total was, I thought, expensive but the portions are massive. So, yeah, not so expensive. Definitely a two meal scenario for most. Recommended.

This is a hidden gem in SCV and our new go to local spot for Cuban food! Mike was our server and he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and overall one of the best servers we have had in a very long time in SCV. The food was delicious. We had the arroz con pollo, empanadas, media noche and flan. Everything came out in a timely matter and was hot and fresh. It was all so yummy. Being Cuban myself, I can say this was an authentic food experience. This should be everyone’s new local casual dining spot for a date night or family. Their prices are also very reasonable and they have an extensive menu with lots of options. I only wish we tried this place out sooner! Highly recommend, just go you won’t regret it.

Absolutely loved our experience at this wine bar! The wine selection is excellent—every glass we tried was top-notch, but the crémant was my standout favorite. I came here last Thursday afternoon to enjoy dinner and some wine. I hate to give anywhere 1 star and I have visited this restaurant before and I remember it being quite good. However, this experience needs to be shared. My husband and I ordered the pork belly appetizer to start. There was only one other party dining in there at the time. After waiting about 25 minutes the waitress said that it will be out shortly and that she was having the cook add more sauce to it. About 10 minutes later it finally came out. My husband and I took our first bite and it was cold! Like cold as in it wasn’t cooked. It was strange because it looked cooked. However, we aren’t ones to complain so we kept eating. We picked up our second piece and underneath it was an almost dead FLY!!!! It moved and then completely died on our plate. I almost threw up and suddenly felt so nauseous thinking about the raw pork and then dead fly underneath it. I informed the waitress and she took down my phone number for the manager to call me. Several days have gone by and no one has called me. I don’t know what is going on in the kitchen but please be aware and trust your gut when you think something is wrong with your food. We recently had a family tragedy and we were doing last minute shopping for the family gathering after the funeral services on Saturday. This Panda, for some reason, always gives the smallest portions. The first pic of the bowl with teriyaki chicken is from the Westridge Old Road location. It’s for my 3 yr old daughter who weighs 26 pounds and she is still hungry after eating that bowl. There was barely any chicken in it. The 2nd pic of the teriyaki chicken bowl is from the McBean location in Granary square. They always give way more over there.
We live right near the Westridge location but will never return to that one again. Whoever is managing that one is dropping the ball. The one in Granary Square gives you a much better value.

We picked up a door dash order and it was missing an item. Jasli was super helpful and offered to give us a medium item to replace it. Had to wait a few minutes while it was cooked. If you're going to spend $10.00 on a fast chinese food, you'd be better off going to Panda or Pick up Stix

I am vegan and I'm very pleased fortune express has vegan options in a city with very few. This was the BEST fried tofu I have ever had! My husband and I intended to explore some Chinese restaurants in the Santa Clarita Valley. We saw this location while traveling along The Old Road and decided to stop. We were disappointed that they had no bathrooms. I was offended to discover that they had old food under heat lamps. When she saw my disappointment with the food, she offered us a custom order. My spouse, however, believed that a customized order would be prudent. He requests additional shrimp with his fried rice. I choose the noodles topped with shrimp. I believed I had been overcharged at the time of payment because the math did not make sense to me. It was assumed, however, that the extra shrimp in the rice was to blame. We were not given a breakdown of the cost of each item, on the receipt, another disappointment for me.
Additionally, we added a Snapple to our order. The final total amounted to $37.76 it felt like a lot, in my opinion for two customized large items and a beverage. I ordered boba after making payment. A medium was advertised for $2.80 after taxes, I would be charged 4.89 cents, which seemed absurd. She explained that the high tax on a medium drink was for extra boba, which I did not request. I found it odd that she would add it to my order without my permission. After I confronted her with the tax I was being charged, she offered to give me a large for an extra dollar. To be honest this place was pretty good before for a long time until recently year I believe they changed a new manager which is pretty not friendly with the kids. Also there’s one server is a young 20ish guy always in the store and he is really not respectful with his playing attitude. You can feel he is not really care about whatever he says. It’s really need to be trained better or at least have a good manager on set. We don't eat a lot from Panda Express as there are plenty of other Chinese Food options out there with better food and more vegetarian options. But when they introduced "Beyond Orange Chicken" to the menu we figured they were talking directly to us so we gave it a try through one of the delivery apps.
What we got was okay. My son and I each got an order of the Beyond Orange Chicken...both were overcooked...but differently so. Mine was REALLY over cooked so the Beyond "Meat" was really tough and hard to eat. His was just a little overcooked so was more tolerable but still not exactly right.
Bummer! If you're going to cater to vegetarians, especially with faux-meat options, you really need to know how to cook the product...the flavor was good but the overcooked texture ruined it.
I also had regular fried rice which was okay though not super flavorful.
Kudos Panda Express for the vegetarian option...I hope more come a long, and I hope your staff can be properly trained on how to cook it as it should be.

I want to give a shout out to Jackie at this location. I rarely receive actual customer service from any business anymore, everything is so automated, and she delivered on service. The app sent my order twice to the store and she called me when the second one came through after I already picked up my order. They didn't automatically fill it. I was able to get my second order a few days later without any problems. I appreciate the effort, extra mile, and thought put into what is going on at this location. Thank you. I will continue to be a regular customer and recommend it to others.

The lunch special here is amazing and for the price, it's totally worth it. I came here yesterday to grab lunch when my wife was getting her face treatment nearby. I saw this place before on Google Map and looked at it so I knew it was an option to get food from here if I was hungry. So when I was walking around the plaza this place is in, I saw that they had a lunch special and I thought it was a deal. The lunch special is the Combo B where you get 2 entree, 2 side, egg rolls and a can soda. So when I walked inside, they were already kind of busy. When it was my turn, I asked for the chow Mein, kung Pao chicken and orange chicken for my combo. They were out of orange chicken so they asked if I mind waiting which I didnt and it didn't take long for them to bring out the new batch. I ate my food inside of this place, they have limited seating here so be aware. They give you like 2 chili sauce packets, 2 soy sauce packets, 1 sweet and sour sauce and 2 fortune cookies. If you want more sauces then they will charge you for it. The portion of food they give here is great, bigger than other popular places. I like the Chow Mein and Kung Pao chicken, the orange chicken is a different taste to me but it's not that bad. They were getting good business when I was here and everyone else was taking advantage of their lunch special too.

China Express came out in my search for sesame balls for the Lunar New Year feast. This amazing hole-in-the-wall didn't disappoint 👏. The sesame balls were soft & tasty The spring rolls had a generous filling with crispy wrappers. The fried wontons were also good. 👌 The server was friendly, attentive, & quick. I purchased 5 Combo C Yesterday Around 12 pm i Found A Hair on my husband’s plate i called them and they told me to take the food back and they will make me a fresh one but since i got grosssed out and nausea felt like vomiting i had to leave work early coz i felt relly bad from my stomach coz of the food i ate when my husband went to take the food back he requested our money back which was $39.20 they didnt want to give him the money back coz i had the card i paid eith and was at work so they told me to go back the next day which it was today i went and they refused to give me my money back coz we ste some of the food we didnt know there was a hair in it or that we eere going to get sick from it they were so rude but im taking every step i can to get my money back i dont think is fare they kept some of the food back and also kept my money
