We spent four hours catching up while tasting the local drafts. The cheese curds were delicious and locally sourced. Place is nice, couches getting quite worn as you have a long wait, lots of people come and stay for hours and hold up tables. Food is OK for a sushi place, overpriced "special" rolls, and they add a "tip" for take out - which is just putting stuff in a bag. Pretty decor - thank goodness they did away with the looping outdoor extreme sports vids. Barstools have NO BACKS so don't plan on getting comfy, and bar table chairs are like sitting on cement - just sort of expect more from an expensive sushi place. The service is good, and the booths are aok if you can get one. Seems the town OK'd more building instead of allowing parking for businesses, it's all torn up and seems like parking near Cobo may be even worse in the years ahead. The city needs to stop OKing every single building project and no parking garages near restaurants and businesses downtown, careful you don't get a ticket coming here to eat. Otherwise, the place is terrific, so glad we have sushi in Boone, several spots!

We haven’t had this bad of a dining experience in a very long time. First off it was about a 35 minute wait on a Saturday, not horrible. But when we were sat we were only handed one menu for the four of us. I had to look up the kids menu and drinks on my phone since they weren’t included on the one menu. It took another 15 minutes for the server to come over. He said sorry, and obviously we were ready to put in our entire order including an appetizer so we did. Guy came back, apologized for the wait and we had to tell him that we never got our app. He then went to the back and came out 10-15 mins later with them. First of all, how long do nachos take to put together? At that point we were done eating. After we were finished we sat around for at least ten minutes without seeing him again trying to pay the bill and leave. Just and all around horrible experience. My husband thinks we should go and try something else on the menu as the manager on duty gave a discount on the bill. We would have just paid it and not gone back. O the calamari and eggplant fries was very. Very greasy. The breading from the calamari kept falling off. We had our rehearsal dinner at Galileo's and everything about the event was exceptional. Mark and Anne were so easy to work with leading up to and during the dinner -- they're casual in a way that kept us nice and calm, but made clear that they were ready to take care of everything when the day came. And they did! They closed the restaurant for the day so our people could come in and decorate. We had a taco bar with a few appetizers and everything was absolutely delicious, very fresh with quality ingredients (we'd eaten here before the event too, and the burgers are to die for). Their service with the drinks and food was great and they timed everything perfectly. We were able to seat ~75 people inside and on the outdoor patio. And boy were they affordably priced! You can easily spend 4 times as much having a dinner at other locations where they'll reserve a room for you. We much preferred having the entire restaurant to ourselves and the staff giving their undivided attention. And there was an entire game room waiting downstairs for us after dinner! What's not to like? All our guests had a wonderful time and were very complimentary of the food and venue. We owe a big thanks to Galileo's!

We ordeeed the bread basket but for an Italian threaded restaurant they are out so we had to order the prawns. Prawns are LARGE shrimp that could almost resemble a small lobster. What was served for the appetizer was no more than an 16/20 shrimp. The pasta does not have much flavor as far as “sauce”. The steak is wonderful but ala carte with no real sides so we decided to order another enter to make up for the less than sauced pasta. I plan my trips around food and I WANT to come back to places. The price is pretty high depending on how you purchase your games and it gets hot in there. For more serious bowlers - it’s not really worth it. The price is very high - which isn’t really a problem, but the lane conditions are terrible. If you do bowl - do NOT do hourly if you have more than 3 bowlers. The pin setters are EXTREMELY slow. During the wedding all of the servers and bar tenders were so kind and went out of their way to ensure all the guests were cared for! We had so many guests come up to us (unprompted!) during/after the wedding and tell us about how yummy their food was and how allergy-friendly and everything was. We could not have been happier with their services and are incredibly thankful for the time, effort, and care they all put into the day! I (the bride) have lots of allergies and am vegan, and the staff worked with us to plan a menu that had both vegan and meat options. Lis and her team were truly spectacular and we received a lot of complimentary feedback from all attendees, most importantly the bride and groom. The classiness of the layout, the quality and presentation of the food, and the professionalism of the staff were all amazing! The special touches such as coming outside at the end of the rehearsal professionally dressed carrying out fancy platters of champagne and local beers really made it feel classy.
