Appetizer portions are huge we loved the fried crab claws and onion rings. The appetizers were honestly the best thing we had. Note: When they bring the entrees out, you better have your table clear or grow a third arm because they’ll practically throw the food at you. Tables are already small— so instead of the waitress asking could she take anything off the table to give you more space she just crammed it all on the table— we almost had to put food in our lap. 😬 We won’t be back. It was such a strange experience. The staff seemed annoyed at having to work, and more interested in socializing among themselves than being bothered by a customer. The fried green tomatoes (loaded) redefine what a FGT appetizer should be. The fried oysters were surprisingly crispy the whole time they were on my plate (I’m a slow eater). If there is we stop to get fish and shrimp. We always check the website because of all the closed store either permanently or temporarily closed or have strange hours. We checked the website on this one showed they were open till 10 on Friday and Saturday. Drove up to the drive-through at about 5:50 pm. They turned off menu board and made no attempt to address us sitting there. So I called their number and when they answered and I ask are you open replied they close at 6pm. Need your shrimp seasoned and steamed? They do it . Want your fish filleted? They do it .
