Staff was great! We had made reservations ahead of time because we had a large party. The wood fire pizza is so good and was a great appetizer for the table! They also have cheesy mashed potatoes that are a must try! The chicken was glazed in a traditional Mexican sauce that was delicious. Everything can be shared! The property itself is gorgeous and beautiful to walk around - they have an impressive garden set just outside Todos Santos town centre. The outdoor seating area was quiet, private and a romantic way to spend the evening. Here for half day visit from Cabo and was looking for a lunch spot with scenery and good food. This place came highly recommended on TripAdvisor but not as highly rated on google. Gave it a shot and wow the desert garden (along with 3 cats) was beautiful. There was no one there when I arrived (2pm) but the outdoor seating area started filling up soon afterwards. Went with a dish I’ve been itching to try since arriving in Cabo. Chiles en Nogada. Do yourself a favor and order it. Stuffed green peppers with seasoned mince meat topped with a walnut based cold sauce and pomegranate seeds. Most ridiculous awesome dish I’ve eaten in a long time. The service up until they brought the dish then I never saw my server again and had to call another waiter to ask for my bill to get out of there and catch my bus. They have WiFi and cats!

I've never had a chille relleno like this filled with savory mashed potatoes on a bed of refried beans seasoned to perfection. This place is off the beaten path away from the main area. We were the only diners when we arrived for an early lunch. The place has a tropical island vibe just like its name.
We ordered a few drinks, guacamole and chips, sashimi tiki santos, black tostada and Softshell crab sandwich. The seafood dishes were refreshing. We liked everything that we ordered.
The service was good. It’s a good place to have a fresh seafood meal and relax.

First off, the food was very good. My wife had a grilled fish filet and I had a shrimp burger. Then we shared a fantastic piece of passion fruit cheesecake.
We both thought the servers were inattentive, we had to flag them down for another drink, to get dessert, for the check. Not a big deal, but when you want something and the servers are standing at the bar playing with their phones, it can be frustrating.
Lastly, it's a nice place, but there were several small dogs running around the dining area. We know it's not unusual for dogs to be in restaurants around here, but we were eating and had a dog come under our table. We don't think this is appropriate in a restaurant.

The chairs at this place is very unstable I fell down on the floor while leaning back slightly. My friend ordered ceviche which he said was good. I ordered oyster tacos and soft shell tacos. I wasn't going to post anything but I've read the blatant untrue response from the owner.
I thought food was alright, I had chocolate clams and previously cerviche.
Tio ended up falling from her chair backwards and hitting her head. The chairs very unstable due to the smaller base size and larger upper seat. Its unbalanced and if you lay back just slightly to hard you will fall backwards.
I recommend you test it out, but of course no buisnes would want to trade aesthetics over safetly for your clients.
Thats ok, your buisness your rules.
But! Slandering your clients is not appropriate, nothing was offered for a meal replacement. I had a bite of tios food and it was...
Dry - bland - overcooked

But pretending you care is pathetic
Not expecting a free meal or anything and was ok with the experience, stuff happens when you travel. But lieing about what happen to save face is dirrrty!

Gorgeous ambience. The spaghetti dish was delicious and we were thrilled that they had gluten-free pasta. The wine and beer offerings are top-notch. We had one dish that was mediocre and my apologies but I forgot the name of it. It was a pasta with meat and it was second on the menu.

We stopped here on our way to Lapaz. This started out as an amazing experience but something happened and it left us feeling perplexed and disappointed. When we arrived we were given a lot of attention and the manager said we could even go check out the grounds and take some pictures and the appetizers came out fairly quickly. As we finished our appetizers that same manager came and asked us if we wanted dessert or coffee. We said we still had main courses coming. He seemed surprised. We sat there waiting for over an hour for our main courses. The server came and said that the order didn’t go through and it would be 5 more minutes. We were still hungry and had already waited that long so we decided to wait the 5 minutes. After this is when it really changed. We felt ignored and dismissed. The manager that had been so attentive was nowhere to be found, although he was walking by but never came back to our table. We were made to feel as if we had done something wrong. When we were leaving we asked if we could see the grounds like the manager had mentioned. The server said no one was allowed in that area even though we saw people walking around there when we arrived. There was no one who came to acknowledge how long we waited for our food or to apologize. It was a very confusing experience because it was different from when we arrived. We still aren’t sure what happened. It really is beautiful and the food was good if pricey but I’m not sure we will return. We drive through here a lot on our way to Lapaz but may look for something on the beach.

Best tacos we have had yet! I love fish and shrimp tacos and have had several since we have been in the Cerritos and TS area. These by far were next level. Got the Pacifica which were a combo fish and shrimp. Wow! Also nice to see a skinny margarita on the menu. They have a very nice location inside an old house they renovated with inside tables and huge gardens and terraces outside. The sushi is superb!! You won't regret coming to La Casita which by the way is in a new location (it used to be near the gas station in downtown) and it never appealed to me but since I saw the new location I wanted to try it and it was pretty good! The place is beautiful, it has a really special character and they have created a beautiful atmosphere.
However … foodwise, I found shortcomings in a couple of Mexican cuisine basics.
We ordered the salbutes and the motuleños (both dishes from the Yucatán peninsula, far far away from Baja). I don’t know if the chef is not very much familiar with Mexican cuisine or if something just failed in this particular occasion, but the red sauce in the motuleños and the salbutes was totally off. It tasted more like a creamy European tomato soup (sweet and totally spiceless). But the salbutes were half covered in green sauce too, which was fine. They also provided a spicy salsa on the side which was very nice too. But the actual red salsa in both dishes was light years away from a proper Mexican red sauce.
The dishes are beautifully presented and the service is great. I was just very disappointed that something as basic as the salsa roja would be so off.
They are probably trying to make it “tourist-friendly”, but there are many other ways to do that without having to compromise the actual dish profile!
The coffee was not very nice either (I ordered a flat white), it tasted like the espresso machine was not properly dialed in (or maybe they just use beans with a very unusual flavor profile).
I still think it’s worth the visit! Maybe just order something less complex (toast, sandwich, etc).

Amazing place. The vibe is impossible to describe. Like a magical garden playing 70s/80s soft rock with great coffee and food. Coffee was great, avocado toast was bomb (great sourdough!) and Motuleños style eggs super tasty. Internet is fast and it is a great place to hang out. Totally recommended!
