This is very disrespectful for their customers. The location is very convenient and in the middle of the busiest shopping area in Milton. The staff are very friendly and the seating space is clean and spacious. The even open the outdoor patio during summer and fall seasons. I always recommend their sandwiches and muffins as they are the best.

Staff are easily overwhelmed, constantly moody, and just this morning I asked for a regular. Young lady put it up with milk and sugar. I asked where my regular coffee was. Very aesthetic and lots of seating space. Clean too. Variety of foods and drinks to try. However some stuff seemed overpriced, 8.99 for a small slice of cake makes no sense. The drinks were a little bland and weren't as flavourful as they should have been with the price they had set. The ordering process was chaotic. One person took my order and then another person was charging me but they didn't even know what they were charging me for.
