I am a regular I am aware of the cost however the transaction they took ether moth could not figure out their own math. Either they were high or simply new hired but however the mistake they made all they had to do was give me my other small drink that I ordered. I felt as if they saw I was sweet and paid with cash so they saw there advantage. The young ladies must be pocketing cash transactions.

The lack of professionalism communication and attentiveness to the customers needs as outlandish to say the least. The first time I went there I tried to order a hot drink with cold foam on top and they flat out refuse to do it. So I ordered it on the side and added it at my own discretion (how are you going to tell me how Im allowed to have my coffee that I'm paying for I'm my add that's wild) . The espresso machine has been down for about a week and a half, and I understand things break but at a business a coffee shop at that a week and a half is crazy. They sell espresso machines at Walmart they sell them at Best buy I mean come on. I was trying to be understanding so I would call to see if the espresso machine was working before I drove over there, that did absolutely no good, the phone just rings and rings or it does a busy signal it doesn't work. And I've been noticing something else very strange I go to this other coffee shop in a shopping center and every time I go back to corporate it seems they have a drink that's exactly like the other coffee shop that I go to. And at first I thought it was a coincidence but then it literally happened every time the other coffee shop would make a new kind of coffee corporal Ray would turn around and copy them. It's a sad sad day whenever you do things like that in life if you can't come up with your own menu then go to Google go to Pinterest don't word-for-word ingredient for ingredient copy somebody else's amazingness. Other order was French Toast and although the presentation was good it cost us $12+ to have thin slice bread and 2 sausage patties :( ordered a slice of chocolate cake to go and it tasted like it was days old just sitting out.

This place reminds me of the café back home. Sweet tea was good and it comes in a big cup. I ordered the chicken spaghetti and Mac n cheese. This was my first time experience at this location and let me tell you it could’ve been a lot better. No one greeted as I entered, the wait time was very long but that’s normal and being on the other side of the bar I expected that already. I finally got helped out by the Oven barista. I was sort of rushed and the order was not repeated back to me but I understand it was busy. I think they might have been short staffed as I didn’t see a CS or Front register assigned baristas. I also do believe DT was a green bean but I could be mistaken. I understand it was possibly busy and chaotic. But to make the atmosphere so full is not what starbucks aims for. Meanwhile, I was waiting for my drinks I have finally got my drink and food which tastes amazing. When I got my named called for my wife’s drink I realized it was a hot matcha latte and not iced. No big deal to me, I don’t mind waiting longer for it to get fixed but I know that I ordered iced and as I don’t take receipts I couldn’t check. But I saw the sticker which says hot so I knew it was input wrong. I told Jessica that it was supposed to be iced and not hot and I don’t mind paying the difference. She stated “ we will remake it this time but for next time double check that it’s iced “ Usually when remakes need to happen there is no need for a comment to the customer just a simple “ Oh I’m sorry about that let me remake it for you” Her attitude was kind of rude and it wasn’t very much appreciated. The drinks are awesome but just a few things could be addressed to make the atmosphere a lot better.

Also the restroom stalls themselves. There was fibrous feces & trash on the floor in the 1st stall & although the 2nd wasn’t so far bad, there was still urine on the floor and toilet seat.
