This place has a nice atmosphere and seems like a healthy menu, is clean and smelled great! Employee went the extra mile to help me by looking up how much sodium is in a wrap. I ordered the grilled veggie wrap as they are usually the safest thing to order as a low sodium item. However I usually end up at places that have it in the form of panini, which can be Low sodium. After a bit of research by the helpful employee, the wrap was 470mg of sodium so I had to pass in lunch here. I came in around 5:30am, the girls are working/gossiping, It’s a quiet morning. But when I make my order the young teenager at the counter couldn’t get it right! It was infuriating!!!!! 4 times, 4 times I asked her for my CORRECT ORDER!!!! I had asked for: I ask for 2 muffins, She gives me 1. So I reminded her that I asked for 2 not one & I had to go through the order a 2nd time: 2 Extra Large Coffee’s/ 2 Waters/ 2 muffins & 2 hash-browns & she charged me again bc she wasn’t paying attention! Then came the coffee’s: I asked for 2 Extra Large Coffees, she gives me 2 regular coffees instead. So i turn to her & ask, “is this a large!? I asked for 2 Extra Large coffees.” When she “fixed” the order she had asked me this, “did you want 4 coffees!?” THE SHEAR IDDOCY & INCOMPETENCE WAS ASTOUNDING!!!!! So of course I yelled bc she wasn’t paying attention! I understand it’s 5am, but this is your job! As a customer I shouldn’t have to repeat yourself 3 or 4 times to a cashier & wait an extra 15-20 min!

Overall, it was an average experience one would expect from a Dunkin Donuts restaurant. Would have been rated 5 stars if I was impressed... Im not on welfare or anything like that i have to work for my money and today was not the day to just trow it away like that so she went and finds my mocha and gives it to me with the meanest face. Needless to say COMPLETELY unprofessional!! Absolutely ruined my morning! Manager may also need a refresher course in enforcing professionalism in the workplace. That's not how you treat your customers. I always ask for my coffee made the same way. This manager refused to make it. I never had a problem ever at any Dunkin. I always ask for extra ice but I also ask for a larger cup since im getting less coffee. I NEVER have any issues. Next time ill ask for ice on the side?! Would that have changed?
