Poor coffee, bad value and appalling service. I ordered a medium sized cappuccino for $6+ with tip. I received the pictured drink. I did not drink anything, these are untouched pictures. Noting an natural indentation on the underside of cup there was hardly any coffee in the cup. Basically a single serve Italian espresso with nothing in it. It weight less than an ounce. Giving staff an opportunity to correct it they argued and explained how coffee is made. I'm not going to explain how many cups of cappuccino I have had, it has no merit here nor does trying to "win approval" for a decent cup as a customer. An appropriate response would be, "how can we make it better for you?" The staff where dismissive, rude and had a take it attitude. **Updated Review** Due to managements professional response the review has been revised. The original post stands but star rating has changed. Management apologized and offered to rectify the issue. We drove 2 1/2 hours to check it out. They have certainly earned everyone of their 4.8 stars! Great vibe, clean establishment, friendly staff. There is definitely a chef in the kitchen. They don't serve alcohol until 12:30 on Sundays. Maybe that is a known thing, not to my husband and I though. We were told there was a wait but could sit in the bar area. It looked fully stocked and we were told they had good drink options. I do not mean to take away from the waiters service. He was efficient and accommodating within his power. We split an order of Beach Bread and a bowl of Chicken & Sausage gumbo. The bread was so tasty we ordered it twice! The gumbo was fantastic. The bowl was a hearty portion. The atmosphere was charming with an option to sit outside. It was raining or I would have loved to soak in the train station feel. I am unsure if it is still an active track but your table can be mere feet! We will be returning on a different day.

Old train station made into a restaurant and other shops. Restaurant was excellent. Great food, very tasty. everything seasoned perfectlly. I had half of rack of ribs and i could not finish. It has a proper cafe ambience and feel to it. Absolutely loved it. Big windows let in a lot of sun. The coffee is great. I ordered an americano and it tasted rich and smooth. The barista told me that they use a double shot, which if how I prefer it, so that was great. The caramel brownie was absolutely incredible. It was just so well done. The whole combo of caramel and the sea salt and the caramelised buttery flavors gave an amazing taste to the brownie. They are serving some coffees from top notch roasters like oddly correct, square mile, ect and the brewing execution is somewhere between great and exceptional. I haven’t tried any espresso based drink yet because I love their pour over options but their attention to detail leads me to believe that the espresso is on par with what I’ve experienced thus far. For the pour overs they are using the ode’s flat burrs paired with a v60 which is doing very nicely for clarity in the cup. It does seam to me their is slight inconsistency depending on which barista has brewed my different orders, but I have by no means had nothing less than a delicious cup of coffee. The staff is very friendly and helpful but could be more upfront with menu/ flavor explanation and education. Thanks Pasco, it’s a pleasure being your costumer.
