In the 20-25 minutes my boyfriend and I were there, not one employee talked towards anyone costumers inside. I couldn’t get back in line to correct this mistake either, as the man who was originally in front of us still didn’t have his order taken (nearly 10-15 minutes after we had already waited 10 in line!) Overall, this experience did not embody what costumer service should be. I understand being under staffed, but none of the employees working acknowledged anyone waiting. The least they could do is acknowledge us as we wait, even if they couldn’t get to us right away. Similarly, it sucked being ignored and waiting an additional 25-30 minutes for low-quality drinks. Considering the cost of the chai (~$8) it was not worth the price. If I were to come here again, I hope the experience will be better.

The next day we had bacon avo scramblers, and the breakfast burritos, and they were made to perfect tion with a wonderful combination of flavours. We had an exceptional experience at Kay's Kafe, and will make it our first stop if and when we ever get to take another trip back!
